The monkey's small face is frozen in an expression of toil, and a long, curving tail is decidedly similar to that of a spider monkey.

			\| Crafted of a single piece of yellowed, ivory-hued whalebone, the decorative pipe is a marvel of scrimshaw design and functionality. Incredibly bulky in shape, the pipe narrows to a thin mouthpiece formed of walrus tusk.

The brightest part of the piece is the ornate red waistcoat that the child is wearing.
