	It is with great anticipation that we invite the finest perfumers, alchemists, and fragrance artisans of Elanith to Essence of Victory: A Fragrant Showdown, a competition devoted to the mastery of scent. Whether floral or spiced, light or intoxicating, each entry must be more than just pleasing; it must be unforgettable. A perfect fragrance tells a story, evokes emotion, and leaves its mark upon all who encounter it. This is a contest of balance, inspiration, and a deft hand in the blending of oils, essences, and resins.

The Chronomages have sanctioned a transportation house in Sleeping Drake Harbor, ensuring ease of travel for those making the journey. The harbor's expansions near completion, ready to receive ships from across the sea, while the stables should be finished in time for mounted travelers.
