	Per Wyrom, the chia pet should only be capable of being watered once a day. If you do all 14 days, you get a violet orb. If you do between 7 and 13, you get a blue orb. If you don't do 7 days, you don't get anything. It logs on the game's end for when it is watered. It does use eastern time. The system has no wiggle room though.
