The wording on the glacier implies it was unnatural, but the [[Icemule Trace]] expansion involved a whole climate shift. The stains on the stone arch over the lava pit inside the mountain imply humanoids were sacrificed to make the [[firephantom]]s. In the [[Shadow World]] history the ruins of [[Quellburn]] were straight north of this mountain. In the modern history of [[Elanthia]], [[Talador]] was directly south from it, which has since become the [[Bleaklands]].
