While [[Elf|elves]] do not typically worship the [[Arkati]] as gods, they do acknowledge that they hold power that could help the elf. The Hall of the Arkati is dedicated to [[Koar]] above all other Arkati, though statues of [[Phoen]], [[Kai]] and [[Eonak]] appear in the Hall as well.

The Hall of the Arkati houses the [[NPC]] clerics of Ta'Vaalor, one for the tolerated races, and one for the undesirable races.
