			It is saying that sorcerers are Tiqaled pink.

			A sorcerer who has the same training as a cleric, with MnE spells equating to MjS spells, will now have the same CS as that cleric for spells like [[Unbalance (110)\|unbalance]], rather than maybe 25 or so less at cap.

			Same for sorcerer compared to wizard and CS for [[Elemental Strike (415)\|E-strike]]. They will now be the same, rather than about 25 less for the capped sorcerer, assuming the same balance of training across their professional and other circles.
