Citizens, sailors, scholars, and all those with an interest in the welfare of our southern seas,

It is well known by now that unusual and alarming storm activity has been detected in the oceans east of the Isle of Ornath, with disturbances spreading west and north toward the shores of Elanith. The Evashiran sailing vessel Intrepid Nethyriar has sent reports confirming what many have feared, that these storms are intensifying and expanding into areas previously unaffected.

The Scribes of Biblia of Ornath and the Evashiran storm-scryers invite all interested parties to gather and share what they know. Together, we may better understand what threatens our seas and our coastal communities.

We ask that you join us at Sleeping Drake Harbor on the evening of Tilamaires at 9:30 elven standard time.
