			Spiritcaller Dieudonnae appeared on the shore in Marshtown, observing the storms despite their inherent danger. It was noted that the storms stretch all the way to Ta'Vaalor, and the Spiritcaller said that the storms are definitely otherworldly, not of Charl or of anything natural to Elanthia. She admitted that she personally could not detect the origin of the storms.

			The conversation turned to Saffaey, and Dieudonnae recalled knowing the young woman from back when Saffaey was a child. She observed a sharp contrast, with Saffaey going from a young, sweet girl who fancied the local sailors, to someone who could not even remember her own name.

			The Spiritcaller disclosed that she and others of her kind have been putting energy into the air to try and set the weather right and stop the storms, implying that they were helping nature preserve itself by doing so. Regarding how to fix Saffaey, she said that the problem was that something was taken from her and not replaced, and that it might be able to be restored in time. However, she cautioned against making bargains with those who caused Saffaey's decline, as powers capable of harming the common folk in such a way can come to nothing good. She also suggested that any powers of the type that lured Saffaey and others to their current predicaments will come at a very high price.

			People asked whether Saffaey had agreed to whatever led to her current mental state, and Dieudonnae said she may have unwittingly done so, without being told exactly what it was she was agreeing to, "For who willingly give up so many pieces o' demselves?" Dieudonnae also said that she and Sargassa had been working together on helping Saffaey.

			As the crowd started to disperse, Dieudonnae said she would be gathering some shadesbane to keep on-hand, though did not elaborate on exactly what it was or what it was for. She said it was traditional to gather it on Restday, when Phoen sits at the height of his power, starting "in yon temple." She also said it had another name in Elven, called Sylara'wor.

			The Spiritcaller then invoked a blessing from Niima on those gathered, asking for protection in the storms and guidance for people who were leaving the shores so that they could find their way home again with their essences still safely intact.

			The woman who returned to Solhaven with [[Odelgarde Brindlestraffe\|Odelgarde]] from Ornath, who we have learned is named Saffaey, arrived in North Market. She was still in a "fugue" state but was more talkative. We learned that she didn't want to go back to her home near the Bronze Boar, and she didn't like the room of doorknobs in Zelia's Temple or find the Sisters of Lunacy helpful. She talked about how she also didn't like the rain and she didn't want to be in Solhaven. It seemed that she wanted to go back to the mana storm and she kept trying to catch a ship in Marshtown.

			Eventually we convinced her to go to the Inn and rest instead, and she ran off. We then ran into [[Odelgarde Brindlestraffe\|Odelgarde]] who was looking for her, and said Saffaey had become very overwhelmed by seeing her family. Apparently she had been missing for over a year, and her family assumed she had run off with her boyfriend who is a sailor. She also insists her name is not Saffaey. All of this led to some supposition that maybe there was some body switching involved.
