If you're interested.

Minor [[Luck talisman|luck talismans]] appear to have a ~2% "proc" rate. Only did 100 casts, so not a great sample size.

They work against ewave, so I would expect them to work against most SMRs. I didn't see this info posted anywhere and was always curious about these.
