			Yes, absolutely but not this run. The script is designed for a weapon that has a hilt or a haft. Here's an example of why:

			With a small flourish, you twirl a vultite falchion at your side and then lower yourself into a deep bow, your right leg extended behind you as you bend your left knee.

			You kneel down.

			Curling your left hand behind your back, you raise a vultite falchion in your clenched right fist and tap it to your left shoulder. Holding the falchion in place, you incline your head in a small bow of respect.

			You move to a sitting position.

			There is not a runestaff version at this time. I'm not sure of Nerve shop pricing, so I can't answer this.

			The bonus will not ever prevent someone from taking their weapon out or putting it away or anything like that if they can hold vultite, then they can always wield this.

			Also, It's not based on hour but based on time type (ie Sunrise, Midmorning, etc.)
