			The shopkeeper, a gaunt figure with ash-streaked fingers, notices her interest and leans forward. His voice is low, rasping like dry reeds.

			“Ah… the Eyes of the Arkati. But not just any. Those blue ones—you’ll find they are not tethered to gods nor fate, but to your own psychic energy. They’re fragile now, mere vessels, but… they can be awakened.”

			Opalina lifts the disks, their surface cool and unassuming, almost too light to be worth their price. Yet, a strange pull hums in her palm.

			She sets them down to pay, and the shopkeeper nods approvingly, then gestures toward a faded polish cloth resting on a platter nearby.

			“Without refinement, they’ll remain flimsy trinkets. But with the right touch, their sight will open. This cloth will awaken their true potential, attuning them entirely to your own mind. A risky path, for visions born of your energy are not always gentle. Still, perhaps you are meant for it.”

			Opalina considers, then purchases the cloth. With slow, deliberate motions, she rubs the disks, the surface shimmering faintly until a sudden pulse of cerulean light arcs across their span. The flimsy disks grow solid, yet curiously insubstantial—as though they hover in both worlds at once.

			The shopkeeper exhales a rattling laugh.

			“Tier two. Fully awakened. Now, wear them, and the visions will find you. Sometimes, they’ll come on their own… other times, you may call to them. But know this—what you see may not always be what you wish.”

			Then, the queen appears: regal, radiant, and small as a child’s hand, her cranberry-red braid trailing like flame, her gown woven of burgundy ranunculus petals. She lands on the ledge and places a gentle hand atop Opalina’s.

			“Remember,” the queen says, voice like wind through reeds. “Pixie promise: after the rain, the stars will twinkle even brighter.”
