Repairs have been made, wounds have been healed, and the Isle has seen more merchant activity – as evidenced by many of them buying homes in and around Mist Harbor – than it has in past years.<br /> <br /> Accepting that the island has come into their care, the Merchants of Mist Harbor have decided to take positive steps in making the most of their responsibilities.<br /> As such, they have decided that, upon the opening of the Eastern Harbor to the public, a street festival is in order! Several fliers have been circulated to announce the news.<br /> <br /> -a waxy painted vellum flier-<br /> <br /> Yellowed vellum covered in a waxy finish provides an antique-style backdrop for the artwork of the flier. The top half of piece is covered with the image of a large blue and white-striped pavilion superimposed over a red hibiscus flower. Below, crisp black letters proclaim a message utilizing a blocky, handwritten script; it reads: Bored and looking for something to do this summer? Look no further! Games, Contests, Merchants, Shopping, and More are coming to the Eastern Harbor on Four Winds Isle! Roam the streets and visit with friends while winning prizes or simply enjoying the shopping! Did we mention raffles? Raffles of all kinds will be taking place during the Street Faire! The festivities will begin on Phoenatos the 15th and will last through the 30th!
