PEREGRINEFALCON: The item is transportation jewelry, not teleportation jewelry as indicated by the analysis of the transport items "Premium transport jewelry". I've updated what I can and hopefully someone with bigger access can fix the few remaining page titles and headers to reflect transpoort vs. teleport. Primarly reason for this is that it is freakishly challenging to find this wiki page because a typical user searches on premium transport (not premium teleport) so this page doesn't come up.
