Hi everyone - I wanted to give everyone a head's up about this event. It's possible that in the future ('''NOT this run that begins on the 17th'''), the reward item obtained from this event will change. What does this mean for those of you who already have a brooch? Absolutely nothing! You will still be able to improve this item through running the event. But those who do not have the brooch may not be able to get one. It's not a definite, it is a possibility that this run of RoL will be the last time to get that brooch.

In addition, we're discussing some further changes with other prizes and rewards for this event, so things there will change in the future. We'll keep you updated as we know more. This is just notification that notice that some elements related to the event will change in the future.

Rings of Lumnis will be running from April 17th until April 30th. I just realized the mailer was lacking an end date.

The notes that go out are one of three levels of rewards.

Common
* a pale pink note
* a light yellow note

Uncommon
* a bright pink note
* a bright orange note
* a light blue note
* a pale blue note
* a light pink note

Rare
* a vivid pink note
* a vivid blue note
* a bright blue note
* a deep black note

There are also three forms of RPA orbs that go out and are on the very rare side.
* a shimmering blue orb
* a shimmering indigo orb
* a shimmering violet orb

A suggestion was made that we feel was a good one, so GM Haliste coded some changes and I'm currently working on the QC.

Once this is live, the monk located at the Needle of Pentas, Foyer will exchange stacks of notes. He will take a stack of 100 pale notes for 1 light note. He'll take a 50 light notes for 1 bright note. And he'll take 10 bright notes for 1 vivid note. The notes must all be the same color. So pink will be for pink. Blue will be for blue. Lightening notes aren't eligible (there is no need). There is no cost, you just need the notes. The notes must be bundled to those exact numbers.

If I can burn the midnight oil, I'll have this live tonight. If not, likely afternoon tomorrow.

A couple of changes for you guys!

First, light/deep notes will now bundle to 1000! That's right... more bundling, less item management for you. Enjoy this update!

Second, you can now trade some of your lightening notes to the monk at the Rings of Lumnis event. Trade rates are as follows:

Bundles for the above notes can be exchanged for same-color notes, only.

200 Yellow >>> 1 Shimmering Black Orb 
40 Orange >>> 1 Shimmering Red Orb 
5 Black >>> 1 Shimmering Orange Orb

Notes must be bundled in the exact number needed for any trade.
