Hear ye, hear ye! You are all cordially invited to the 1st annual, though not first of its kind, Rumor Woods and Summit Academy Auction. An antiquarian will be on site to facilitate the event, which will begin at 4pm EDT on May 2, 2026.

On Saturday, April 25, we will share information on some of the offerings.

There will be approximately 20 items on offer during this event.

'''OOC Note:''' This is not a Wyromania, shenanigans, or in any way Duskruin-esque. This is something different and will remain unique to Rumor Woods and Summit Academy. Please set your expectations appropriately.

Offerings at the Rumor Woods and Summit Academy Auction will include the following:

* 3 Property Offerings (These are modifications or adjustments to new properties. There will not be a property offered this time around.)
