	Okay, I turned the training lists into tables for all but the post-cap section. 			The split-table format makes it less readable (for me at least) as the reader now has to piece together several discrete pieces of information to come up with a full training plan. I think a training table should ideally look like a snapshot of Tsoran's spreadsheet, so for example:
