	I was asked to contribute a guide since I have the only from birth capped twc user ranger, and perty much the only capped ranger that actually uses it. Hoy and a few others trained the skill after cap, but do not use it much. I put my characters name on it, since he has fielded assistance to other rangers on topic for a rather length of time. I stated before, I would enjoy seeing other rangers add in, but as a TWC user and offering a different view, not simply editing out what they prefer to see. I under stand what your telling, what I do not understand is why I am not being given time to work on this before you are both making changes. 	I was asked to contribute a guide since I have the only from birth capped twc user ranger, and perty much the only capped ranger that actually uses it. Hoy and a few others trained the skill after cap, but do not use it much. I put my characters name on it, since he has fielded assistance to other rangers on topic for a rather length of time. I stated before, I would enjoy seeing other rangers add in, but as a TWC user and offering a different view, not simply editing out what they prefer to see. I under stand what your telling, what I do not understand is why I am not being given time to work on this before you are both making changes.
