	As for [[Skill migration]], I was doing 0.001 training point per pulse, yet the game told me 'You're currently migrating at a rate of .010 skill points per pulse, and have converted 56.00 training points this migration period.' I will attempt to do more research during the last week to determine if it was indeed going from 0.010 per pulse up to 30 training points before going to 0.001 after 40 training points, but that would be a 50% cutoff, which is apparently standard for F2P.
