			Tonight, we told the story of Leya and Egan as it was meant to be told. Naamit, Peatwyn, Zeminar and Bakarus each gave more than I could have hoped, and the others who supported from the shadows deserve equal thanks. I am grateful to them all. This note is only a glimpse of the evening, and I encourage any who read it to seek the full account in the archives, where the tale is preserved in full detail.

	I am impressed. ~~While~~ I ~~could~~ not ~~personally~~ attend the ~~event,~~ ~~after~~ ~~reading~~ the report, Issiah ~~managed~~ to ~~hold~~ his own against a [[Magister]] no less. Magister ~~Raelee~~ is a formidable ~~debater~~ with a ~~near~~ endless ~~knowledge on the subject~~ of well... knowledge. Having had time to reflect on the report, I am drawn to what Raelee mentioned about the Erithians, how they often worship Lumnis and Fash'lo'nae together. Perhaps there are other Arkati we should consider pairing the same ~~way~~.		I find myself unexpectedly impressed. Though I was not able to attend the debate in person, the report makes it clear that Issiah more than held his own... against a [[Magister]] no less! That is no small feat. Magister Raelee’s reputation precedes her: a formidable mind with a seemingly endless command of, well... knowledge itself.

			Yet it is not the debate alone that lingers with me, but one particular insight she offered regarding the Erithians. They often honor Lumnis and Fash’lo’nae in tandem, and that thought has settled in my mind with surprising weight. If such a pairing is not only possible but common among them, then perhaps we, too, ought to reconsider the relationships we imagine between Arkati. What other combinations might we have overlooked?

	It is always a privilege ~~for~~ ~~the~~ Order to support other ~~respected~~ ~~organizations~~. When the ~~opportunity~~ to host an ~~event~~ at Winternights ~~in support of~~ [[Cairnfang Manor]] and Solhaven ~~presented itself~~, ~~the~~ ~~answer~~ ~~was~~ ~~immediately~~ ~~yes. In his wisdom, First Pilgrim Bakarus knew exactly the topic to~~ ~~present~~ on. ~~Kuon,~~ ~~the~~ ~~patron~~ of ~~herbs~~ ~~and~~ ~~flowers,~~ ~~is a lesser known spirit who has an outsized impact on our lives, and in the dead of winter, it never hurts to give a bit of hope towards the~~ ~~coming~~ ~~Spring~~.		It is always a privilege when our Order can offer support to other organizations we respect. When the invitation came to host a gathering during Winternights for Cairnfang Manor and Solhaven, we did not pause long before agreeing. The halls feel less cold when shared purpose fills them.

			First Pilgrim Bakarus, with his usual quiet wisdom, chose the topic well. Kuon, patron of herbs and flowers, so rarely stands in the forefront of our thoughts, and yet his presence threads through nearly every moment of our lives. To speak of him now, in the heart of winter, was to remind us that the frost will not last forever. I find myself clinging to that thought more than I expected.

	Reading the proceedings again stirs memories I thought had dulled. The people of Icemule Trace, though sincere in their efforts, were steered into a trial that bore little resemblance to justice. 			I start this entry with an apology. In the hectic days following First Pilgrim's trial, I placed these documents on the shelf and never came back to them until just now. I hope you will forgive me. With that out of the way...

			Reading through these court proceedings, even now with three years to process the events, I find myself getting angry.
