&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Uska bows&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (also known as &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;new style elemental bows&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) are a type of self-ammo weapon originally designed by [[GameMaster]] Uska.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All of these bows spontaneously generate their own ammunition.  The generated arrows have elemental flares.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
While originally these bows were not capable of supporting player services, they are now able to take all player services to further enhance them.&lt;br /&gt;

===Original Release Notes===&lt;br /&gt;
GM Uska a released a handful of bows at the [[Revel of the Anfelt]] and one at Ciston&amp;#039;s auction to benefit the troops.  There are estimated to be 6 of them.  They were released as 0x weapons (impacting DS for archers), and the ammunition&amp;#039;s enchant is based on level, with only rangers able to get past 5x.&lt;br /&gt;

===Ammunition===&lt;br /&gt;
Unlike other ranged weapons, the maximum impact by enchant is &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;not&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; capped at +50.  Since the ranged review in December 2021, the cap for a bow still keeps the weapon enchant at +50, but the arrows are still further enchanted.  Any enchant from the arrows that leads to an enchant over +50 is halved.  So a 10x bow would result in a range of +50-65 AS bonus.&lt;br /&gt;

The leader of the band, an arrow protruding from the shoulder, gives an unheard command and her retainers begin stripping off the most powerful of their artifacts. Once shorn of the items they wrap them in cloth and place them in a chest. The chest is then lowered into a hole dug beneath a massive oak&amp;#039;s roots and covered with loamy earth. The sole remaining cleric in the group blesses the ground to hide the cache from the unholy. The leader of the band gives a curt nod and the group with you among them draw their remaining weapons and charge one last time into the forest. Suddenly feeling a sharp pain, you see a feathered shaft has sprouted from your chest. With a final scream you collapse and everything around you goes black.&lt;br /&gt;
