A <i>color</i> hand, known as a '''Wizard hand''' lets the owner cast nearly all of the wizard circle spells. The color of the hand changes based on the spell the hand will cast.

==Properties==

*The hand is pin-worn.
*The hand is mage rechargeable when on the light yellow color.
*The hand is non-crumbly.
*Requires training in [[Magic_Item_Use|magic item use]] to utilize.
*Each available spell is associated with a different color.
*WAVE the hand to activate.
*Holds 40 charges, each spell is worth 1 charge and any combination of spells can be used for all the charges.
