SMELL is a roleplaying verb.
Usage
Smell: <pre{{log2]}> You sniff.
Person sniffs.
Smell person (no perfume):
He smells just like Person. Person sniffs at you.
Smell person (perfume):
Person has the delicate fragrance of vesper lilies about her, traced with powerful tones of trillium and pierced briefly by scorched hellebore. Person is smelling you.
Smell self:
You quietly sniff at yourself. You *think* you smell okay, but then, doesn't everybody?
Smell self (perfume):
You have the delicate fragrance of vesper lilies about you, traced with powerful tones of trillium and pierced briefly by scorched hellebore.
Smell object:
It smells like a long table. Person sniffs at a long table.
