Does it make sense to tag this spell as Offensive (with yellow background) versus its current Defensive (with green background)?
- Argument for keeping it tagged as defensive: the effective-CM ranks are good for CML and SMR(v2) defense.
- Argument for tagging it as offensive: the effective-CM ranks count towards CML and Attack Strength offensive.
