The dye-stained freckled dyer can be found in Palette Perfections at Rumor Woods and is able to customize cobbling dye with a variety of options.

Description

A dye-stained freckled dyer moves with practiced grace, her ink-streaked fingers trailing color wherever they touch.  Loose curls, forever dusted with the fine shimmer of crushed pigments, spill over her shoulders, tangled with errant streaks of ochre and ultramarine.  Swaths of stained linen wrap her form, once crisp white but now a living palette of smeared hues and accidental masterpieces.  Sharp, perceptive eyes flick between mixtures and murals, their dark depths reflecting endless curiosity.

The dyer grabs an empty vial from underneath the counter and moves with intent throughout the workshop, carefully adding varying amounts of liquids from different containers.  She returns and proudly brandishes a vial of copper-sheened light piceous dye before handing it to you.
