To answer your question on the talk page I deleted, the top header is always the page title and can only be changed when the page is moved. It is also heading 1, which is why headings 2 or 3 are used for the most part throughout the Wiki to denote section changes. VANKRASN39 (talk) 13:33, 13 April 2016 (CDT)
