Bloodrunes can be used in conjunction with the Moon-filled Pendant in order alter the appearance of the illusion. Using stones found in the sewers and a chisel, they can be created by carving an ur-barath totem. When a bloodrune is in use, it adds an additional line to the pendant's SHOW description.

Bloodrunes can be TURNed to prevent them from being sold to the archaeologist NPC. MARK does not work with this item.
