"a blue feather-shaped charm"

Originally released as a SimuCon prize, they were subsequently found as a digging prize at Duskruin Dig. They are sold through the SimuCoin store as an Encumbrance Charm. They have 6 charges of 100lb weight reduction lasting 30 minutes each for a total of 3 hours. The effect is stackable.

LOOK AT or EXAMINE the charm to see how many charges are left.

Oddly enough, you feel somewhat more buoyant.
The charm rapidly shrinks away into nothingness!
