Service Details - Tier Unlockings for Eisenrucks, Baldrics, and Gem Pouches
Apprentice Modificator Gunkweeler and Arcanist Leghan will be providing unlocking services for variously-adorned baldrics, eisenrucks, and secure gem pouches on Dec. 5th and 6th in both Platinum and Prime. Location will be determined on the "day of" and will be announced in-game shortly before each session.

Each spin for limited release unlockings will require the unlockable item to be held in-hand during the spin by the person who will receive the unlocking.
Tier-4 unlocks wins will only be applied to Tier-3 unlocked items. Tier-3 unlock wins will only be applied to Tier-2 unlocked items.
In each session the Tier-4 eisenruck unlocks will be spun for first. The Tier-3 eisenruck unlocks will be spun for as soon after the Tier-4 unlocks are awarded as is practical. No PC or account having already received a Tier-3 or Tier-4 eisenruck unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-3 or Tier-4 eisenruck unlock.

No PC or account having already received a T3 or T4 baldric unlock at this festival can receive a second Tier-3 or Tier-4 baldric/yoke unlock.
Exclusions are item type-specific, ie. the winner of a Tier-3 or Tier-4 eisenruck unlock IS elegible to win a Tier-3 or Tier-4 baldric unlock.
After the limited-release (Tier-3 and Tier-4) unlocks have been spun for and awarded, the remainder of each session will be available for Tier-1 and Tier-2 eisenruck and baldric unlocking, and also the Gem-gather Tier unlocking for gem pouches.
No item will be unlocked more than once during this festival.
