Cheerful workshop foreman

A cheerful workshop foreman is an NPC who runs the Cobbler's Cobby found in Cysaegir. To join, one must go to him first. He is also in charge of other varying duties associated with the Cobby.

Description

Although the foreman moves with the grace and assurance of maturity, he appears to be barely old enough to have finished an apprenticeship, let alone rise to a senior position in the guild.  The sharpness of his chin and cheekbones is accentuated by his pale, almost ivory skin.  He wears his hair bobbed short, keeping it clear of his delicate wings that glisten with pastel hues of lavender and foam green.
