Closed fist

The closed fist, which is classified as a brawling weapon is the most basic of all weapons available for combat. The only requirement to attack an opponent with a closed fist is an empty right hand. Training in brawling will increase both the attack strength and parry defensive strength of the character.

A closed fist cannot be blessed and is, therefore, ineffective against undead creatures which are immune to normal weapon attacks. However, many members of the Order of Voln society, who train in brawling, can be effective with an empty hand using the Voln fu symbols granting them the ability to harm undead with kick, punch and throw attacks.
