Cosmetics are items that change a character's features either temporarily or permanently. Cosmetics come in an older style simply called makeup as well as a newer style called Makeup 2.0. Historically, cosmetics can be made permanent by the PERM-ifier that can be found annually at the Ebon Gate Festival.

General cosmetics change the facial feature directly while specialty cosmetics alter the character's appearance in a unique way.

Examples of general cosmetics include:

  • Eyeshadow
  • Eyeliner
  • Blush
  • Face oil
  • Lipstick

General cosmetics can be purchased at many festivals and town boutiques such as the Mist Harbor shop, Shear Delight. They can be removed with a good RUB of a specially made cleaning cloth, such as:

  • a fluffy ball of pink cotton
  • a quilted ivory cotton square
  • a soft periwinkle cotton cleansing cloth

Specialty cosmetics may include items such as:
