Using Cry for Help allows the Empath's target to see through his or her own eyes for a brief moment. With enough training, the caster is able to also allow the target adventurer to determine additional information concerning the caster's health.
30 ranks of Mental Lore, Telepathy unlocks the ability to let the target observe the caster for a short duration rather than just an instantaneous glimpse. This allows the target to see and hear the actions going on in the area in which the Empath cast this spell.
