The dikar'fyn rune is used to unlock spells 25th level or below, for 25 potential charges. Runestones with this rune are used in conjunction with the Scroll Infusion (714) spell, and may be created by any sorcerer with knowledge of it.
- A fresh dikar'fyn rune will contain 6 charges.
- Holding the runestone in one hand, and the scroll you wish to unlock in the other, wave it at the scroll.
Note: This rune is never taught. Occasionally stones are distributed at events such as Ebon Gate.
