A disgruntled clerk can be found in the Bamboo Cottage south of River's Rest. The clerk works in the dye shop. If you ORDER from the clerk, he will tell you:
"Ya hold yer dye in yer right hand, an' yer thing ya want ta color in yer left hand. If yer ain't smart enough ta do dat, I ain't smart enough ta figger out what ya want. If I wassa scholar, I'd be countin' gems in da temple, not sweatin' in dis dump."
