Your vultite mesh chausses is a briar flare accessory, which contributes to the blood drain of a briar weapon and is similarly thorned.  It is currently tier 3 of 3.  Tiers for accessories offer no additional mechanical benefit; they are purely for fluff verbs.

It supports a base, long, and show alteration, but it is up to the merchant if they are comfortable working on it.  Unlocking is a limited service.

Pebbled with hard plates of dark green along the shoulders and spine, the longcoat is fashioned of a granite grey leather that has a paler, ribbed texture along the right and left lapels.  Ivory crocodile teeth create toggles from neck to midthigh, leaving the lower half uncinched and flowing for ease of movement.  A row of darkened plates encircles the wrist to create a sturdy and stiff cuff.
