Enhancive permanence

Enhancive permanence is a merchant service that usually takes place at pay events to take crumbly enhancive items and make them persist. This service is typically limited at events to one per account, and cost is dependent on the item's properties. As shown below, the cost can run into the hundreds of thousands.

Example

You offer your platinum circlet to Bazzelwyn, who has 30 seconds to accept the offer.  Click CANCEL to prematurely cancel the offer.
Bazzelwyn has accepted your offer and is now holding a topaz-inset platinum circlet.
