Eschylle Chandrennin came to power at some point prior to 4547. She was known best for noting the complaints of Hyla Kestrel over The Arcanum's dangerous magical experimentation. At the time, the Empress elected to do nothing. Eighteen years later, The Arcanum and Toullaire, where it was located, were destroyed in a magical catastrophe.
