Roundtime Reduction in the Use of Herbs

Eating various herbs takes roundtime, and is reduced by training in first aid at a rate of -1 roundtime per 20 skill bonus. Thus, four ranks of first aid (which imparts a skill bonus of 20) provides the first -1 roundtime reduction, where 40 ranks of first aid translate into a -7 roundtime reduction (at 140 skill).
