A grainy black potion is a healing item used to regenerate missing limbs. It is sold at Brother Barnstel's Herbals in Zul Logoth's Chalcedony Tunnel for 650 silvers.
Mechanical Benefits
A Grainy Black Potion regenerates missing limbs (Rank 3 scars on the hands, arms, feet and legs). This does not leave a Rank 2 scar but removes it completely leaving the previously missing appendage in perfect condition. As a liquid, it can not be bundled. It comes with only one sip per potion. As with all healing items from Zul Logoth, grainy black potions are pourable and can be used to heal dead or stunned characters.
