The grammar in the first sentence of the July 20, 2020 news blurb is somewhat ambiguous, and should probably not have "one of" in it, instead reading as, "Officers of the Cooperative Houses Of Elanthia...". Otherwise, it sounds like just the officers of one of the CHE's, not officers of all the CHE's, have access to the chrono-orbs.
