The purpose of Heal is the replenishment of health points, also referred to as 'hit points' or 'blood'. Heal will return 10 health points for 1 mana when invoked via CAST, and more (at approximately the same cost ratio) when invoked via CURE. Training in First Aid and ranks in the Empath Spell circle can increase the amount of blood returned both from cast and cure. Also, healing higher amounts of blood will incur higher Healing roundtime. Training in Mental Lore, Transformation will reduce the Healing roundtime by one second for every four ranks, and every three levels gained will reduce the roundtime by one.

  • Usage: One may PREPARE the spell by mnemonic or number and CAST or CURE to invoke, or INCANT the spell by mnemonic or number to prepare and invoke the spell with one command.
  • Use of the TRANSFER verb is required to transfer lost health points from another character to oneself(or transfer one's own health points to another to replenish theirs, depending on perspective).
