In the harsh times following the [[Undead War]], the Ardenai expanded their foraging parties. This lead to an infringement on the grazing grounds of the ponies of the [[Brughan]] halflings. At the end of the war, the Ardenai used sorcery to kill the ponies of the halflings. Ashamed of their own behavior, the Ardenai do not speak of the atrocity.

The Ardenai are also the elves closest to the [[Sylvankind]] in terms of their relationship with nature.

The House of Ardenai was one of the seven noble houses of elves. Elves of Ta'Ardenai were well known as hunters and archers.
