The fourteenth of the dynastic line of Argent Mirrors, Lahrair was famously known as "The Child Argent." The second daughter of Elmelan Illistim, she was only a child when she ascended to the throne. There are no records for who controlled the government when she was a child. In fact, there are almost no records from that time at all, undoubtedly purged on purpose with what is assumed to be malicious intent. Historical records only resume when Lahrair was a young adult.

Since her mother was Vaaloran, there were calls to make her serve in the Crimson Legion, as conscription was mandatory for the Vaalor military. The Council of Thrones dismissed this as an absurdity, and Lahrair sent her own legion to serve in her place. While part of the Vaalor army, it was a separate unit, and would eventually evolve into the Sabrar. She had her only daughter Lilorandrych at the age of 664, who would go on to become one of the greatest Argent Mirrors.

Lahrair was born in -25,296 Modern Era (23,809 Illistim) during her father's reign. She was a young child when she was presumably orphaned. She assumed the Peacock Throne in -25,262 Modern Era (23,845 Illistim) as a young child of 34, which was apparently ruled in regency by royal advisors until she was older. Lahrair ruled for 1,610 years until the accession of Lilorandyrch in -23,652 (25,455) when she was a little more than 1,644 years old. She may have abdicated to her daughter, recognizing her superior talent, choosing to advise within the Council of Thrones instead.

The garment is undersized, barely cut large enough for a halfling, a gnome, or an elven child. Its shell of cloth-of-veniom is silvered and overlays a heavier lining of pale blue velvet. The lacy pattern in the metallic threading forms a recurring feather and crown motif. Next to the capelet is a small plaque.
