* Outside [[Moot Hall]], [[Balley]] reports seeing visions of a figure in a grey robe standing before her in the area, though nobody else can see the figure. [[Stormyrain]] at first speculates that [[Jastev]] is speaking to her, but after Balley adds that the figure has silver hair and sanguine runes on her hand, and is speaking to her in her native tongue of [[::Sylvankind|sylvan]], others think that it might be Stormy herself; [[::Ysharra_Nagorn|Ysharra]] also brings up [[Gosaena]], who wears grey robes and has silver hair as well.

Here in the center of a broad plaza near the commercial area of the bazaar stands the impressive facade of the slate-roofed Moot Hall, where the citizens of Wehnimer's Landing hold various official, religious and social functions.  Facing the square are some of the town's more prosperous shops, still doing business with the many customers who still frequent the streets at night.  You also see a large purple wooden barrel and a bone-framed bulletin board.

Balley takes a deep breath.

The gypsy fortuneteller agrees to consult the future for Lylia.  Silver changes hands in a flash and she gathers her energies a moment.

The gypsy fortuneteller then spreads her cloak upon the ground and sits gracefully, tucking her dainty feet demurely under her hem.

The gypsy fortuneteller gazes up at Lylia for a time and then she rapidly shuffles a deck of strangely patterned cards.  From time to time one card leaps out almost of its own will and flutters onto the cloak and she pauses to examine it carefully.

After several cards have done this, she stops and gazes intently at the pattern they form in front of her.

The gypsy fortuneteller leans close to Lylia and whispers something in her ear.

Lylia smiles cautiously, as if not sure how to interpret what has been said.

Evician smiles at Balley.

Balley slowly empties her lungs.

Maags says, "And protections."

Speaking amusedly to Maags, Cruxophim wonders, "What were you hoping to accomplish with that?  OF course there are invisible people here."
