Summary

 • A red light is spotted, signaling the approach of Grishom Stone. The the Landing militia gathers outside Moot Hall along with Hendoran knights, and Rone is briefly spotted disappearing into the night. Glethad is eventually brought out and he rambles about skies of yellow and skies of green.
 • Marshal Thadston arrives soon after and asks who brought out Glethad. Captain Shinann says she didn't order it, and Mayor Lylia says she did. Thadston says the mayor doesn't control the militia, though she can wield the town guard to strike them down if she wishes. Lylia says she sees no reason for that, and that the town has been unable to do much for Glethad, who, unlike Thadston, didn't withstand his time on the Ithzir plane. Thadston says that's why he's most fit to help him, having survived that and the Bleaklands; Lylia says we could know more about the Ithzir if Stone can fix his mind.
 • Grishom arrives and Thadston gives the militia the order to strike him if he moves to take Glethad. Grishom says this is not his battle and not to send people to die for his pride or because he's desperate to find a new purpose now that Raznel is dead and he's blind.
 • Sir Cryheart asks if Grishom can heal and take care of Glethad here in town; Grishom says no, as the town is full of blight and stubborn men.
 • Glethad seems to recognize Grishom as master and Grishom welcomes him home. He asks captains Stormyrain and Shinann if they can speak reason to Thadston so no one dies tonight, saying he finds it fascinating that Thadston would shatter Rodnay's skull if he could, but won't release Glethad, who may help unlock mysteries of the Ithzir.
 • Thadston orders the militia not to attack, as none of them need to die this night for others' spineless betrayal. Then, with aid fom a Hendoran knight, Thadston snaps a blade out of his walking cane and slashes Glethad's face in half! He tells Grishom to take what's left now, as Glethad bleeds out with yellow crystalline specks glowing amidst the pools, but Stone says he and any who call upon him are beyond death--and then heals Glethad. Thadston slumps and a knight helps him away, as a flicker of azure light dances briefly across the back of his neck.
 • Grishom says he does not fault Thadston and he is a haunted and unwell man after his survival. He says he would offer aid, but it's unbecoming how often people turn to Arkati and he won't replace them with himself--yet. Chamorr asks what the yellow crystals in Glethad's blood are and Grishom says likely remnants of the Ithzir world. He says he's sure what's in Glethad's mind can be restored. Akenna asks why Stone sent him to the Ithzir place; Grishom says because of knowledge. She says he's a crowd sending another instead of going himself; he says her boldness is almost attractive.
 • Grishom asks if anyone has further issues or questions. Hapenlok says he's thinking of taking Grishom's life, but might start with Glethad. Lylia says either he should stop making hollow threats or she should have him arrested; he challenges her to try if she wants them hurt. She summons the guards and they drag him off to the stocks.
 • Wolfloner says he's curious about the Gale Stone since legend says it holds the souls of Kezmon and others, and he asks if that's true; Grishom just grins in response. Xorus notes that Grishom hasn't been bringing the blood star with him; Grishom says it's doing what it needs to and he is never truly without.
 • Grishom says he's not our enemy, but so long as we cling to what we see, touch, and can strike, we will think he is. The heavens are our enemy. Puptilian says to ask the families of the women Grishom killed how they feel about their dead daughters; Grishom asks him about the black trees and how those came about. Pup says in a method he fought against. He tells Grishom he won't get his wish and be more powerful than the Arkati, nor finish his dad's work. Grishom chuckles it off and leaves with Glethad.

Grishom Approaches

[Town Square Central]

This is the heart of the main square of Wehnimer's Landing. The impromptu shops of the bazaar are clustered around this central gathering place, where townsfolk, travellers, and adventurers meet to talk, conspire or raise expeditions to the far-flung reaches of Elanith. At the north end, an old well, with moss-covered stones and a craggy roof, is shaded from the moonlight by a strong, robust tree. The oak is tall and straight, and it is apparent that the roots run deep. You also see the palm frond-shaped Leafiara disk, a speckled tree frog, a spotted great horned owl, the Guarrin disk, a pale-faced coppery barn owl, an iron wand, an iron wand, an iron wand, some manna bread, some acantha leaf, a sunset-hued leaf-shaped sign that reads, "Vote Leafiara, a Night and Day Difference!", a rose-marrow potion, a circular ebonwood cart with some stuff on it, some stone benches with some stuff on it and an herbal remedy donation bin.

Also here: the body of Nroth who is lying down, Leafiara, Aveigh, Chaoswynd, Zosopage, Guarrin, Ghald, Lady Alisette, Lady Tharalyn who is kneeling, Master Eledryn, Lord Zalwrick, Dezmog who is sitting, Lord Thrillian, Pukk, Pietra who is sitting, Sladinix who is sitting, Blackomen, Tsarok who is sitting, Zaneon who is sitting, Lady Lenaie who is kneeling, Porom who is sitting

The sky begins to fill with huge clouds, dark and grey on the bottom, pale and white atop, their puffy crowns ascending toward the heavens.

Pukk says, "That is some sticky jelly."

Speaking to Pukk, Eledryn says, "That's what he said."

Speaking to Eledryn, Pukk asks, "Is that what you said though?"

Speaking to Pukk, Eledryn repeats, "That is some sticky jelly."

Ghald heartily says, "We know you're high..."

Speaking flirtatiously to Eledryn, Pukk asks, "Is your jelly this sticky?"

Speaking suggestively to Pukk, Eledryn asks, "Wouldn't you like to find out?"

Zosopage sings:

"Rain drops keep falling on my head"

Roelaren sings airily:

"But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turning red"

Speaking to Zosopage, Leafiara says, "Yep, better get that song out now in case we all die tonight."

Speaking to Cryheart, Pukk says, "Good you're here."

Pukk mutters, "Slacker."

Eledryn says, "Welp, off to make poor choices."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody smooch Pietra!"

Guarrin whispers something to Cryheart.

Speaking to Pukk, Pietra says, "You just want the chocolate."

Eledryn says, "I'll be in stone giants when Earthen Fury kills me."

Alisette quietly says, "Sure is misty...."

Speaking to Juspera, Faerinn says, "Probably to see a man obsessed with me."

Pukk recites:

"Everybody join Cryheart!"

Cryheart whispers something to Guarrin.

Speaking to Roelaren, Pukk exclaims, "I'm the town herald!"

Speaking to Pukk, Roelaren says, "Ye fit the bill."

Speaking indignantly to Roelaren, Pukk exclaims, "I'm not Bill! I'm Pukk!"

There is a flicker of red light in the distance, then it fades.

Thrassus says, "Ah, it's him."

Leafiara says, "Mmmm, this could get ugly."

Faerinn says, "There's the Stone signal."

Pukk says, "Join Cryheart."

Speaking in Elven to Amalexia, Akenna whispers something you don't understand.

Lyrna asks, "Which him?"

Tsarok quietly says, "I hope it does."

Lyrna asks, "Stone?"

Roelaren says, "Red light in the distance."

Speaking to Lyrna, Leafiara affirms, "Indeed."

Faerinn says, "He can't get enough."

Neischa: "I hope I'm not just seeing things; I saw a red light."

Speaking to Lyrna, Pukk says, "Not stone, lightning."

Aurangzeb: "Curious isn't it."

Puptilian: "Sad that wasn't a purple light instead."

Leafiara: "You are not! That would be the promised approach of Grishom Stone."

Cryheart: "Indeed."

Pietra: "I miss Pylasar."

Leafiara: "Perhaps he'll be back some... century."

Pietra: "Though, he's pretty confusing."

Speaking to Cryheart, Pukk asks, "Did you fall asleep again?"

There is a sudden movement in an alleyway, a swirl of white as a slender figure in a sleek white mask and polished rune-etched gauntlets dashes in between two buildings, disappearing into the night.

Speaking to Cryheart, Mongonator asks, "Hey santa, wutcha doing wit that coal?"

Speaking in Guildspeak, Bernadette softly asks something you don't understand.

Cryheart asks, "Thrayzar?"

Shinann says, "Rone."

Cruxophim: "Oh good, Mother."

Cryheart says, "Rone."

Leafiara tentatively says, "I... hm. I don't see what the new Rone thinks she can do about Grishom..."

Cryheart says, "Went so fast, I could nae see."

Xanthium asks, "Malluch...?"

Leafiara: "I believe that was Rone."

Goldstr says, "Gauntlets looks familiar."

Xanthium asks, "Or someone new?"

Lyrna says, "That should muddy the waters further."

Thrassus says, "Not Malluch."

Xorus says, "That would certainly end any potential issues with Rone."

Cryheart says, "Nae, I be awake."

Cruxophim: "Same difference."

Dergoatean asks, "Did anyone else just see a Rone?"

Akenna asks, "Rone?"

Cryheart says, "Just a glimpse."

Juspera says, "I can't see anything over all your heads."

Altheren says, "Hrm."

Lylia says, "Yes. And that is a good way of putting it. 'A Rone." For there are many of these nuisances about."

Dergoatean says, "Seems we never run out of them."

Alisette worriedly says, "I don't trust anyone that moves in shadows."

Leafiara muses, "I guess it's possible she's running instead of--"

Leafiara suddenly asks, "Wait. Who has charge over Glethad?"

Shinann says, "Technically, this one playing at being Rone has not committed any crimes. Broken window is all I know about."

Faerinn says, "Thadston seemed pretty keen to volunteer."

Lyrna asks, "Not the murders on the docks?" (that was actually Mother)

Speaking to Leafiara, Goldstr says, "Militia I tinks."

Speaking to Shinann, Leafiara speculates, "She might be going to move Glethad herself."

Xorus says, "They did throw someone out of that window."

Lyrna says, "I suppose we didn't SEE those."

Speaking to Lylia, Thrassus asks, "They do tend to be a bit generous with the extrajudicial murders, don't they?"

Juspera says, "I don't know who any of these people are."

Speaking to Shinann, Leafiara says, "I know I don't have the authority to get there, but if you can, checking might be a good idea."

Lylia says, "Yes."

Moving into view along the streets of town, some armored Hendoran knights and uniformed Landing militiamen begin to merge towards the outside of Moot Hall.

Sir Cryheart's group just went east.

[Town Square, East]

Here in the center of a broad plaza near the commercial area of the bazaar stands the impressive facade of the slate-roofed Moot Hall, where the citizens of Wehnimer's Landing hold various official, religious and social functions. Facing the square are some of the town's more prosperous shops, still doing business with the many customers who still frequent the streets at night. You also see a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, an armored Hendoran knight, an armored Hendoran knight, an armored Hendoran knight, an armored Hendoran knight, an armored Hendoran knight, a bright painted campaign sign that reads, "Faerinn 5120: Painting a brighter tomorrow, together.", a shattered sign of bones fashioned into elegant calligraphy, "Civil Disobedience Is Still Disobedience: Obey Xorus.", a giant mound of snow, a polished bleakstone statue, a large purple wooden barrel and a trail of gold-edged black roses leading south.

Leafiara simply says, "Well, then, good eve and I hope you're all ready for a battle."

Pukk says, "Imps, why is it always imps."

Lyrna mutters, "Good thing this armor stretches magically." (she's about six months pregnant)

Pietra says, "Well, there's a lotta boots on the ground."

Speaking to a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, Puptilian says, "Get one of the new members to keep an eye on the North Gate."

Xanthium says, "Well, the Landing is a protectorate."

Xanthium says, "I would assume they're about often enough."

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium says, "I was wondering where you got to."

Speaking to Xanthium, Pietra says, "When there are this many outside the mayor's office building... it's a bit different."

Stilehe turns toward Cryheart and renders a sharp salute with his vultite maul.

Speaking to Pietra, Xanthium says, "Yes, sometimes they come to the Temple in droves. After a lot of them have been killed."

Speaking to Stilehe, Pukk says, "Now you went and did it...you saluted him. Now he is going to think he is important."

Cryheart says, "Mayor, no offense intended, but I am nae in favor of handing Glethad o'er to Grishom...Stone has ulterior motives."

Speaking to Cryheart, Faerinn says, "Bit late for those objections."

Speaking to Cryheart, Alisette says, "But he was earnest when he answered my questions."

Cryheart says, "Was nae my decision to make."

Thrassus says, "The decision has been made."

Leafiara offhandedly says, "At this point, the blood is coming one way or another."

Lylia agrees, "Stone has his own motives, yes. So do I. He would have taken him regardless, and this way, we stand to gain thereby."

Juspera says, "Okay but why are they just standing around."

Guarrin deeply asks, "Gain...what exactly?"

Zosopage says, "Sometimes, in rare occasions, his ulterior motives may be a positive."

Speaking to himself, Puptilian mutters, "Nothing is ever a gain when dealing with Stone."

Shinann says, "Probably waiting on Thadston."

Cryheart says, "Being vigil."

Lylia says, "Access to Glethad, when he is more composed."

Cryheart says, "Stone wants to know what he can gather from Glethad regarding info about Ithzir."

Lylia says, "When he is more able to answer some very important questions about the Ithzir that he has not heretofore been able to recall with clarity. Stone has ways of mending broken vessels."

Speaking to Lylia, Faerinn says, "But recasting them as something else."

Lylia says, "Perhaps, but it is what that particular vessel contains that interests me."

A uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman just arrived!

Zosopage says, "With Stone you never know when yer gonna stub your toe."

Leafiara says, "Really out in force tonight, but--"

Glethad Brought Forth

Some more militia members arrive, escorting a half-sylvan man among them. The militia circle around him.

Xorus says, "The Ithzir are a mortal danger to this world, and the ones Glethad was with have tried to conquer us."

>look gle

You see Glethad.

He appears to be a Half-Sylvan.

He is taller than average. He appears to be youthful. He has tired deep sea blue eyes and fair skin. He has shoulder length, silky deep black hair. He has an angular face, an upturned nose and sharply curved ears. He appears very thin and malnourished with various scratches all over his hands, arms, neck and cheeks.

He is in good shape.

He is wearing a yellow crystalline amulet, a twisted crystal-inset collar, a fine silvery-blue tunic crossed with a green tabard, a dusty leather pack, and a pair of dark cotton pants.

Speaking to Leafiara, Puptilian says, "The new recruits from late last year are really shaping up."

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Amalexia whispers something to Lylia.

Some of the militia look at each other, each from distant positions, silently at odds. Nearby, the Hendoran knights stand at the ready.

Speaking to Glethad, Faerinn asks, "So I noticed no one has asked this, but what do you want?"

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "Hello."

Glethad raspily says, "Skies of yellow, skies of green, skies of yellow, skies of green."

Speaking to Glethad, Leafiara says, "I assume you've at least been info--"

Glethad taps his nose.

Glethad nods at Faerinn.

Leafiara slowly says, "Okay then."

Zosopage says, "His first answer would be to get his marbles back."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "I knew Stone had to be evil. There is a place called Stone baths and everybody knows that bathing is evil."

Lylia dryly remarks, "Exactly."

Speaking to Glethad, Dergoatean exclaims, "Te klaloc lette ram lette!"

Glethad scratches himself under the arm.

Umbazi says, "He sounds like a Zelian."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "You look scared. Can I help?"

Glethad glances at Dergoatean and shivers.

Speaking to Glethad, Faerinn asks, "Were those the colors in the place you went? Or the place you are now?"

Speaking to Maylan, Dergoatean says, "Ithzir."

Lord Thadston just arrived.

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "The skies are cloudy. Can't even see the moons."

Leafiara says, "Thadston, eve."

Shinann says, "Evening, Marshal."

Glethad grins.

Speaking to Faerinn, Dergoatean says, "His brain's been cooked for years now."

Puptilian says, "Marshal."

Glethad raspily says, "Skies of green. Wings of gold."

Speaking to Thadston, Pukk says, "Grumpy."

Speaking to Faerinn, Dergoatean says, "Most functional he's been is when Stone takes him over."

Speaking to Thadston, Goldstr says, "Hail Sir Andrews."

Thadston agrees with Puptilian.

Thadston says, "Marshal indeed."

Cryheart says, "Hello Marshal Thadston."

Thadston asks, "Who brought out Glethad?"

Leafiara says, "The miliitiamen."

Some militia point at other militia.

Speaking soothingly to Glethad, Xanthium says, "Wings of gold. Sounds beautiful."

Thadston squints.

Alisette says, "The militia."

Shinann says, "I did not order it. I was going to check with you."

Lylia says, "By my order. He is to be made ready."

Puptilian mutters, "Extra laps tomorrow."

Zosopage says, "None want to take responsibilty, that figures."

Thadston glances at Shinann.

Thadston asks, "By YOUR order?"

Thadston peers quizzically at Lylia.

Shinann says, "No."

Shinann says, "I did not order it."

Leafiara whispers to the group, "Remember that Thadston can't see you pointing at this time." [this gets lost given editing protocol, but several people were pointing at the militia in response to Thadston's question]

Lylia simply says, "Yes. He is leaving us soon."

Shinann says, "I was waiting on you."

Thadston says, "No, you're leaving office soon."

Thadston says, "He is not leaving us soon."

Puptilian says, "Interesting. The mayor can not order the militia."

Lylia says, "I am. But soon is not tonight."

Glethad stares hungrily at the fiendish panther.

Dergoatean says, "Glethad left us a long, long time ago."

Cryheart says, "And is in poor mind and spirit."

Speaking to Dergoatean, Leafiara muses, "In a sense, I have to agree. Nonetheless..."

Speaking to Glethad, Pukk says, "Probably too tough to enjoy."

Dergoatean says, "That right there."

Dergoatean says, "Is a husk."

Thadston says, "You do not control the militia, Mayor. With all due respect."

Speaking drunkenly to Glethad, Gutstorm says, "I hear pantersh tashte wike chicken."

Speaking to Thadston, Faerinn says, "I know you've been gone a while to visit my hometown, but that is how the town charter is written."

Thadston says, "You can wield your town guards to strike us down if you wish, but the militia is under my command."

Lylia says, "We have been unable to do much for him. Unlike you, he is not...strong enough to have withstood the Ithzir."

Faerinn says, "Mayor sets policy."

Lylia murmurs, "I see no reason for anyone to strike anyone down."

Thadston says, "If anyone is fit to help him, it is I, for precisely that reason."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Amerek says, "I hear Gutstorms taste just as tasty."

Thadston nods at Lylia.

Speaking to Faerinn, Puptilian says, "Mayor proposes policy."

Dergoatean says, "It wasn't the visit to Kol'Tasken that broke him. Stone did that before."

Lylia says, "He has been like this for some time."

Thadston says, "I have survived one of their worlds. We have survived the Bleaklands."

Lylia says, "You have, and we have."

Speaking to Thadston, Xanthium says, "Yes. Faerinn's home."

Speaking to Thadston, Puptilian says, "I worry all we would do is give Stone what he wants, whatever knowledge is in that head. It would do no good to this town."

Speaking to Thadston, Thrassus says, "Well, you seem to have done a splendid job of it thus far."

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Thadston says, "We do not approve."

Lylia says, "The knowledge in his head is not available to us. He speaks in...rhymes and singsong verses, meaning nothing we do not know."

Gutstorm drunkenly says, "Shumebody give dish guy a button, he ish way to grumpy."

Lylia says, "If Stone could give him some kind of...integrity again, bring his shattered mind together enough, we could know more."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "Are you thinking of a dream you had? Or a place you've seen?"

Glethad plucks a string from Thadston's tabard.

Puptilian says, "So to get that information we will allow Stone to have it too? That is adding oil to a burning house at that point."

Speaking nonchalantly to Thadston, Cruxophim opines, "Mayor's right."

Glethad raspily says, "String of green, string of gold, skies of crystal."

Lylia asks, "Allow Stone?"

Shinann says, "I do not think Stone will share what he knows."

Lylia asks, "...'allow' him?"

Speaking in Guildspeak, Bernadette softly asks something you don't understand.

Cryheart says, "Poor Glethad."

Speaking to Glethad, Shinann says, "Drop that string."

Lylia says, "You are bargaining with coin we do not have."

Bernadette softly asks, "Ah how so?"

Dergoatean says, "The only thing Stone might do for Glethad would be to possess Glethad's body again. Maybe act enough like Glethad to fool some people."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "I hear you."

Leafiara looks thoughtfully at Dergoatean.

Dergoatean says, "But Glethad's not doing anything for us in this state, either, so it seems like a wash."

Dergoatean shrugs at Leafiara.

Puptilian says, "And you are bargaining with the lives of many people giving Stone access to the curator."

Lylia asks, "If that is what it takes to mend him, what of it?"

Speaking dubiously to Dergoatean, Cruxophim wonders, "Why would he do that?"

Speaking to Dergoatean, Leafiara says, "No, I'm with you--I don't have any strong opinions here."

Speaking to Leafiara, Dergoatean asks, "It's a lonely camp to be in, isn't it?"

Thadston tightens his grip on his walking stick, his glassy eyes lazily observing the area, as if trying to focus on something or someone.

Speaking to Dergoatean, Leafiara says, "And it's the same dilemma you raised last time Stone came to us with an offer."

Felita says, "Poor Glethad. He wont be hisself annamores."

Lylia says, "We should have strong opinions. It matters to all of us."

Speaking to Puptilian, Thrassus says, "We cannot stop Stone from taking him."

Speaking amusedly to Dergoatean, Cruxophim suggests, "That would be like putting on an old tattered pair of rain boots a pauper would wear, just to splash about in a mud puddle."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Dergoatean says, "I didn't go as far as to say Glethad's body is no use to Stone. Just no use to us."

Speaking to Thrassus, Lylia exclaims, "Precisely my point!"

Speaking cheerfully to Glethad, Cruxophim adds, "No offense."

Maylan says, "I have an offer."

Thadston whispers something to a Hendoran knight, who nods and comes to stand in closer next to him, almost shoulder to shoulder.

Puptilian says, "There are ways."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "Sometimes, bards can see what other people can't. If you'd like help to get out of there, Glethad."

Speaking curiously to Puptilian, Leafiara asks, "Like what?"

Thadston says, "It is not too late to revoke your approval."

Thadston nods at Lylia.

Thadston says, "Let's be on the same side of this."

Speaking to Puptilian, Leafiara says, "Last time Stone did this, with Larsya, the argument was that nothing could stop Stone from doing it anyway--which was exactly what happened."

Speaking to Leafiara, Dergoatean says, "Right. We don't have many cards to play here. I guess I'd rather fold tonight and go find ourselves another deck."

Myharl deeply says, "A division of forces defending the Landing is exactly what Stone wants. This pointless posturing is playing directly into his hands."

Speaking to Thadston, Faerinn says, "Not too late for you to go back to bed either."

Thadston says, "We've seen too much, and been through too much, and according to some, will be through more."

Lylia gently says, "I cannot do that, as much as I prefer to be on the same side as you in all things. We have worked well and profitably together."

Thrassus says, "And those druids died for it."

Speaking to Xanthium, Ysharra says, "Don't. I don't know Stone well, but if you irritate him he'll turn you into a smear on the cobbles."

Speaking in Elven to Akenna, Amalexia says something you don't understand.

Speaking calmly to Thadston, Cruxophim inquires, "And what does Glethad want?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Shinann asks, "So are we to roll over at his every request?"

Glethad raspily asks, "Glethad?"

Speaking to Ysharra, Xanthium says, "I think you overstate what he'll even notice or care about."

Glethad raspily asks, "I am...Glethad?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Puptilian says, "No deal with Stone has ever turned out good for this town."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Faerinn says, "Yellow grass."

Cryheart says, "Aye."

Glethad raspily says, "Skies of strings, strings of gold."

Speaking loudly to Glethad, Cruxophim inquires, "Do you want help?"

Speaking to Shinann, Leafiara says, "No, which is why this time I'm not arguing to turn him over."

Lylia carefully explains, "I do this for the sake of greater knowledge, not for --"

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "That's your name."

Bernadette softly says, "Aye."

Speaking to Glethad, Pukk says, "No, you are Xorus."

Speaking loudly to Glethad, Cruxophim warns, "I told you about smoking the yellow grass."

Speaking to Glethad, Dergoatean says, "Your body used to be Glethad."

Speaking to Shinann, Leafiara says, "I really, truly don't mind which direction we go tonight. They both seem like wins and losses."

Speaking to Glethad, Dergoatean says, "You're a mess."

Speaking to Glethad, Goldstr says, "Of da Landin ye be."

Puptilian says, "Let the curator pass through the gates. It keeps him away from Stone and ends what poor health he has now."

Speaking to Leafiara, Shinann says, "Your marshal says different."

Speaking to Puptilian, Leafiara clarifies, "You're suggesting killing him?"

Speaking to Puptilian, Dergoatean says, "That could be the most humane option, indeed."

Lylia asks, "You would rather end his life than see him made whole!?"

Speaking to Shinann, Leafiara agrees, "It's not my decision, certainly."

Dergoatean says, "There's no whole-making going on here."

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Speaking amusedly to Puptilian, Cruxophim admits, "Have to say, that's a twist."

Erienne whispers something to Asben.

Speaking to Dergoatean, Madmountan says, "There might be some hole making though."

Lylia says, "We have someone among us who was healed of a wasting disease like none we have ever seen. By Stone."

Speaking in Sylvankind to Leafiara Altheren says something you don't understand.

Speaking softly to Glethad, Xanthium says, "You've been gone a long time."

Speaking deeply to Lylia, Myharl asks, "Give the man what he wants?"

Glethad raspily says, "Skies of glass."

Glethad points up.

Thrassus says, "That's quite a spiteful way of solving things."

Glethad raspily says, "Crack, crack, crack."

Puptilian says, "I think the curator has forever been an ally to Stone. He has been a criminal of this town for a long time enough to be executed for his crimes. With the state he is in now, with the knowledge he will pass on to Stone, this is the most humane action possible."

Glethad stamps his feet.

Glethad stamps his feet.

Glethad stamps his feet.

Glethad raspily says, "Crack, crack, crack."

Speaking in Sylvankind to Glethad, Altheren asks something you don't understand.

Speaking to Glethad, Xorus says, "Yes. Very good, Glethad. The skies will crack."

Lylia asks, "So. You want to...execute him as punishment, and this is humane, and it is better to kill than to heal?"

Speaking curiously to Puptilian, Leafiara says, "Definitely interesting to see you bypassing trials and other procedures."

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Maylan says, "The fella looks harmless enough."

Speaking plainly to Puptilian, Cruxophim wonders, "Should we execute every simpleton in the streets, then? Or just the ones you choose?"

Speaking curiously to Puptilian, Lylia says, "Please, educate me more on how to be a moral individual, Puptilian, for I do not think I follow."

Shinann says, "No."

A flash of red light appears near town, then fades.

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "What's past the glass ceiling, Glethad?"

Bernadette softly says, "Hmm."

Shinann says, "We are not going to murder him."

Glethad stares off into the distance.

Glethad applauds.

Juspera says, "Hey you guys."

Glethad applauds.

Glethad applauds.

Puptilian says, "I was there when Stone murdered children."

Zosopage says, "This should be interesting."

Maylan says, "Oh he likes fireworks."

Glethad raspily says, "Crack, crack, crack."

Glethad stamps his feet.

Glethad stamps his feet.

Glethad stamps his feet.

Dergoatean says, "Not punishment, euthanasia."

Bernadette softly asks, "Stone?"

Puptilian says, "I was there when he raised an island on the blood of women."

Cryheart says, "Stone is near."

Puptilian says, "He attacked the Druids."

Dergoatean says, "If I end up like that, I think I'd rather you offed me."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "You're watching something, aren't you, Glethad?"

Puptilian says, "He attacked Walkar."

Wolfloner darkly says, "Very near."

Speaking calmly to Puptilian, Cruxophim reminds, "That wasn't Glethad."

Faerinn mutters, "Pup trying to school me on law he doesn't understand."

Speaking deeply to Lylia, Guarrin asks, "Do you believe he will share anything he learns from him?"

Puptilian says, "And you think the very thing he wants is going to go good for us."

Speaking to Guarrin, Lylia says, "Yes."

Puptilian says, "It's not moral."

Puptilian says, "But it is what it is."

Speaking to Puptilian, Erienne says, "It never does."

Speaking deeply to Lylia, Guarrin asks, "Why would he?"

Speaking in Elven, Akenna says something you don't understand.

Speaking to Puptilian, Leafiara wonders, "So are you gonna do it?"

Lylia says, "He honors his words, albeit with other motives and meanings."

Speaking to Leafiara, Shinann says, "No."

Speaking slowly to Raelee, Cruxophim mouths, "Yuuuup."

Speaking urgently to Puptilian, Pukk says, "Do it."

Erienne says, "Stone needs him for some reason. I seriously doubt it's for his health and well being."

Puptilian says, "No, he makes deals that benefit him the most so that he can honor what little he gives."

Lylia says, "There are those whom one trusts because they tell you they are 'good men,' and some lie. And then there are those you trust because you can reliably predict their actions."

Speaking in Elven to Akenna, Thrassus says something you don't understand.

Lylia says, "Of the two, I prefer the latter."

Grishom Arrives

Entering into view, Grishom Stone strides, slowly moving through the streets of town, darkness seeming to shift behind him, mixed with the flow of his crimson robe, churning like living blood. He grins as he approaches, from ear to ear. His deep sea blue eyes brighten at the size of the crowd.

Speaking pleasantly to Puptilian, Cruxophim suggests, "You have a blade. If you are so strong of your convictions, kill him yourself. Do the right thing, at cost."

Grishom bows.

Leafiara adds, "For the record, I was on the very minority side that we should have let him cure Larsya." [honestly, looking back, it was actually very divided and not in any especially predictable way]

Speaking in Elven to Akenna, Thrassus says something you don't understand.

Grishom says, "Good evening."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "It's the fella with the nice eyes."

Speaking to Thadston, Akenna says, "The Essylda are sacred..."

Grishom says, "All we're missing is a brass tower."

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner says, "Been a while."

Grishom smirks.

Speaking to Grishom, Erienne says, "Hello again."

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Speaking to Cruxophim, Puptilian says, "I am but a militia. The Marshal has not said a word."

Speaking to Grishom, Alisette says, "Evening."

Speaking to Grishom, Faerinn says, "Knew you couldn't stay away."

Stormyrain points east.

Grishom nods at Wolfloner.

Stormyrain flatly says, "It's that way."

Akenna says, "My grandmother is one."

Lylia says, "Well, it was a good evening. Rather taken a turn for the worse of late."

Speaking deeply to himself, Guarrin mutters, "Decent entrance."

Pukk says, "See, he is grinning. That must be a good sign."

Speaking bemusedly to Puptilian, Cruxophim concludes, "That's what I thought."

Puptilian says, "Nor has my Captain."

Thadston spits.

Speaking to Grishom, Madmountan says, "You should probably just grab Glethad and poof, and save all these people a lot of bloodshed."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Puptilian says, "Orders are orders. I follow my oath."

The calico cat licks his left paw, seemingly oblivious to the world around him.

Speaking to a calico cat, Pukk says, "You missed a spot."

Speaking to Madmountan, Altheren says, "A lot of wasted time."

Thadston says, "Militia. If he moves to take Glethad, strike him. He is under our care, you blood ant."

Speaking in Elven to Thadston, Akenna says something you don't understand.

Grishom grins at Cruxophim.

Lyrna dryly says, "I'm sure that wouldn't suit his sense of melodrama."

Stormyrain slowly asks, "Strike who, Marshal?"

Erienne whispers something to Asben.

Speaking to Guarrin, Xanthium says, "I thought so..."

Thadston points his oak walking stick at Grishom.

Madmountan says, "Good luck with that."

Grishom smirks.

Thrassus says, "It'd be pointless and a waste of lives."

Speaking amusedly to Thadston, Cruxophim ventures, "Are ye gonna fight 'im?"

Grishom says, "Marshal, you need a guide to the latrine, lest you piss yourself like an old blind man. Don't send boys to die for your stubborn pride."

Speaking quietly in Faendryl to Thadston, Lylia says something you don't understand.

Leafiara says, "I'd say we're at an impasse--but, most likely, not really."

Speaking to Grishom, Dergoatean says, "At least be civil about it."

Thadston glances at Lylia and slowly exhales.

Maylan cheekily says, "Ohhhhhh."

Lylia calmly says, "No one needs to die here. Not this night."

Speaking suspiciously to Lylia, Pukk asks, "Why speak anything but common?"

Speaking to Grishom, Faerinn says, "Or you can just grab him and go without the comparisons at said latrine."

Speaking calmly to Pukk, Cruxophim reasons, "Some words are chosen carefully."

Erienne whispers something to Leafiara.

Xorus removes a cut crystal glass of Faendryl absinthe from in his xenium-threaded backpack.

Xorus takes a drink from his Faendryl absinthe.

Speaking to Cruxophim, Pukk says, "Still, I'm sure Grishom knows the language..."

Speaking to Xorus, Altheren says, "Gimme a swig."

Speaking darkly to Thadston, Wolfloner says, "You are overmatched. Better to stand down."

Xorus offers Altheren a cut crystal glass of Faendryl absinthe.

Altheren accepts Xorus's Faendryl absinthe.

Altheren takes a drink from his Faendryl absinthe.

Speaking to Grishom, Dergoatean says, "Ie'm gabieuaz. qta ifim guigd zhi kua? aua'fi ordeoa teud zhi mieme."

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium says, "We can make those ourselves."

Lylia asks, "It is not a matter of being overmatched. It is more that...how to put it?"

Speaking darkly to Glethad, Wolfloner asks, "You wish to go with Grishom?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "I do like his collar though."

Grishom says, "The witch is dead. Your son is, well, no more than your son ever was. Your rank is gone, your sight is blocked. I understand you are desperate to find something new to rally behind. A purpose, a madness to drive you away from a bottle. But I encourage you...this is not your battle."

Lylia says, "We may not enjoy our allies. We may not even consider them allies at all. But we can benefit mutually."

Alisette offers, "Wanting to cooperate?"

Speaking wryly to Pukk, Leafiara says, "I have no doubt."

Faerinn suggests, "Not kill everyone around them to prove a very poor point?"

Raelee whispers something to Cruxophim.

Grishom asks, "I am sure, they have told you, why I seek to care for him, no?"

Lylia murmurs, "I did not bring you and your men back to die here, Thadston."

Thadston clenches his jaw.

Speaking in Sylvankind, Altheren says something you don't understand.

Stormyrain stares at Lylia.

Lylia turns her head toward Stormyrain to favor her with a silent, withering gaze.

Lylia asks, "Something to say?"

Stormyrain says, "Most of us are not 'men', Mayor."

Cryheart asks, "Grishom, can you heal and take care of Glethad here?"

Xorus whispers something to Lylia.

Lylia says, "His Hendoran soldiers were. The ones who are now living their lives."

Speaking calmly to Thadston, Cruxophim suggests, "Choose your battles, Andrews."

Grishom says, "Here? No. Your town is full of blight and stubborn men."

Erienne says, "Well, that is true."

Dergoatean says, "..and women."

Pukk whispers something to Leafiara.

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "Hey. It may be a blight, but it's OUR blight. And we love it."

Thadston's entire body tenses as he tightens his grip on his oak walking stick.

Cryheart asks, "Regardless of the citizenry...what is to prevent you from taking care of him here?"

Glethad raspily exclaims, "Crack crack crack!"

Glethad stamps his feet.

Leafiara whispers something to Pukk.

Speaking to Grishom, Lylia notes, "Stubborn women too."

Speaking interestedly to Cryheart, Leafiara muses, "A good question."

Grishom nods at Lylia.

Speaking in Tehir to Grishom, Pukk says something you don't understand.

Chamorr heartily says, "Aint that da truth."

Grishom says, "I have prepared a place for him, and it is not here."

Glethad raspily asks, "M-m-Master?"

Glethad raspily asks, "I-i-s that you?"

Grishom says, "Yes Glethad."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "There you are."

Cryheart asks, "Despite being a criminal...he is a citizen of this town...right?"

Speaking to Grishom, Goldstr says, "Seems tings a go verra well if ye nursed our Curator here."

Glethad raspily says, "Am-am-am I back? Back from th.."

Grishom says, "Yes Glethad. Welcome back. I am here to take you home."

Speaking to Cryheart, Dergoatean says, "He was. That's hardly Glethad."

Speaking to Cryheart, Stormyrain says, "Yes I believe the Curator is a member of the town."

Grishom says, "Who among you isn't a criminal at this point."

Grishom smirks.

Faerinn says, "If he wants to go that should be the end of it."

Chamorr heartily asks, "Werent we spose to hang him?"

Speaking to Grishom, Goldstr exclaims, "He IS home!"

Speaking in Elven, Akenna says something you don't understand.

Speaking amusedly to Grishom, Cruxophim quips, "Pardoned."

Speaking to Grishom, Pukk exclaims, "Me! I'm innocent of all charges!"

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "Criminals aside, you come here and you insult our town and our friend Thadston. You must be some sort of stupid."

Grishom smirks at Cruxophim.

Cryheart says, "Well.. we know you certainly dinnae fit in as well."

Speaking to Grishom, Dergoatean asks, "Suppose we didn't hand him over. You'd whisk him away anyway?"

Speaking to Grishom, Faerinn says, "More of that sparlking rhetoric."

Puptilian softly says, "Not one."

Cryheart says, "But we are throwing stones."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "Mister, that is not the way to catch a fly."

Gutstorm drunkenly says, "Ill admit it, im a crimnal, sho wot."

Guarrin whispers something to Cryheart.

Xorus wryly says, "I was grandfathered in as an exception to all existing laws."

Making a Move

Grishom says, "The mayor has approved his release."

Lylia whispers something to Thadston.

Cryheart says, "Aye."

Madmountan says, "Take him."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "Have you always called him master?"

Thadston nods at Lylia.

Lylia says, "I have."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "Well then I spose you'll want to get going."

Glethad raspily exclaims, "CRACK CRACK CRACK!"

Glethad stamps his feet.

Altheren exclaims, "Crack the world!"

Guarrin whispers something to Cryheart.

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner says, "Good to see you about. Fair travels."

Speaking to Grishom, Lylia asks, "Can you restore him to...something more than this?"

Grishom steps forward.

Dergoatean says, "I get the sense that idiot portends some sort of doom this evening."

Dergoatean says, "Crack crack crack."

Grishom asks, "No one dies tonight. We can agree to this, yes?"

Speaking to Grishom, Dergoatean says, "Most of us, anyway."

Altheren says, "As if flaming boulders will fall to the ground from the heavens."

Cryheart says, "We certainly can surmise of your true intentions, but we want the best for Glethad."

Grishom says, "Captains, surely you can speak reason to your ruffled marshal."

Speaking to Grishom, Thrassus says, "That is the idea, yes."

Speaking to Grishom, Amalexia says, "You still owe me dinner."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "Maybe you stop being rude to mister Thadston, and he doesn't beat you to death with your own arms."

Thadston grits his teeth.

Stormyrain whispers something to Thadston.

Speaking to Lyrna, Maylan explains, "He's done it before."

Faerinn says, "He owes a lot of people here a lot of things."

Grishom says, "I find it fascinating Thadston."

Speaking to Amalexia, Xanthium says, "You're bold."

Roelaren says, "Hmmmm Xorus."

Cryheart asks, "So, ye willing to tell us of this place, in which the mayor or such can observe him?"

Cryheart asks, "To monitor his progress?"

Lyrna says, "That seems unlikely."

Speaking to Xanthium, Amalexia says, "Only way to live."

Cruxophim waves a pale thanot wand at himself.

The dull golden nimbus surrounding Cruxophim suddenly begins to glow brightly.

d100 == 1 FUMBLE!

Cruxophim waves a pale thanot wand at himself.

CS: +463 - TD: +424 + CvA: +12 + d100: +42 == +93

Warded off!

Grishom says, "You would shatter the Ithzir boy's skull against a wall, but you defend releasing the one man who may help us unlock mysteries of the Ithzir..."

Altheren draws a glowing pattern in the air before Cruxophim.

Cruxophim's eyes roll up into his head as he slumps to the ground.

Speaking to Cruxophim, Altheren says, "Rest."

Cruxophim's eyes flutter as he wakes up.

Cryheart says, "And there is the truth."

Speaking flatly to Altheren, Cruxophim warns, "Do that again."

Thadston flexes his muscles.

Thadston's entire body tenses as he tightens his grip on his oak walking stick.

Speaking to Cruxophim, Altheren exclaims, "I don't know if I want to now with that tone!"

Speaking to Amalexia, Faerinn says, "He probably owes me dinner too with the way he can't stop thinking about me."

Speaking to Cryheart, Goldstr says, "Aye He means tells him nae us."

Speaking heartily to Thadston, Chamorr says, "Howdy."

Thadston says, "Militia..."

Speaking to Grishom, Dergoatean says, "More of a doer than a thinker. I don't think he'd disagree with that assessment."

Stormyrain asks, "Marshal?"

Madmountan says, "Don't."

Cryheart says, "We dinnae need bloodshed."

Hapenlok suddenly fades into view.

Speaking dryly to Hapenlok, Leafiara says, "Perfect timing."

Madmountan says, "Oh good, Hapenlok will help with tensions."

Speaking quietly to Thadston, Lyrna says, "Sir, I agree with you, but I'm not convinced this is a fight we should start now."

Speaking to Thadston, Faerinn says, "Hope you like your hands soaked in more than kroderine if you don't stand down."

Altheren says, "Oh good the halfling is here."

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium says, "And his eyes blinded to it."

Pukk exclaims, "The party is about to get started now. Happy is here!"

Speaking heartily to Thadston, Chamorr says, "Whenever ya ready."

Speaking to Puptilian, Hapenlok asks, "WHAT?"

Chamorr heartily asks, "What if we whack Glethad?" [Chamorr arrived late]

Cryheart asks, "Time to reconsider another worthwhile strategy?"

Lyrna says, "I think that's been discussed."

Speaking to Chamorr, Leafiara says, "That was the Puptilian strategy."

Thadston twists his head slightly, cracking his neck. He looks relieved.

Speaking to Puptilian, Hapenlok says, "Anyone else I'd call a liar."

Lylia says, "I do not see a reason to murder the man. Or put him down like a rabid animal, for that matter."

Speaking to Chamorr, Thrassus says, "Then many people die pointlessly."

Speaking to Leafiara, Faerinn says, "I've been told that's what morals look like. I'm not impressed really."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk asks, "So Puppy wants to whack Glethad?"

Speaking to Hapenlok, Puptilian says, "Sit back and watch or do your thing my friend."

Thadston says, "Do not attack Grishom. There is no point. I will not see you die this night, especially at the spineless betrayal of others."

Speaking to Faerinn, Leafiara acknowledges, "I was surprised to hear it coming from him."

Chamorr heartily says, "This is one of dem times."

Madmountan says, "Smart move."

Hapenlok says, "You know, I've been recovering slowly from my ordeal. So I'm out of step with the times."

Speaking surprisedly to Thadston, Leafiara says, "Interesting call."

Lyrna corrects, "I believe he'd rather ... whack him.. than see him go with .. Stone."

Stormyrain says, "Heard, Sir."

Zolis deeply says, "So much for entertainment."

Thadston says, "Who would spit at a krolvin warlord's call for tribute, but lick the boot of a self proclaimed blood god who has murdered thousands of women."

Speaking neutrally to his bone teacup, Cruxophim remarks, "Smart move."

Cryheart says, "It is better to move sidewise and consider another front."

Thadston says, "None of you need to die tonight."

Thadston says, "But someone should."

Speaking to Thadston, Maylan says, "What do these boots taste like? I feel like that is a key determining factor."

Speaking nonchalantly to Thadston, Cruxophim offers, "I'll die. Been there, done that."

Puptilian says, "As ordered sir."

Thadston nods to the Hendoran knight next to him, who then helps turn Thadston just slightly, so the marshal is facing the right way. Thadston suddenly leaps forward, a sharp blade snapping into view from the tip of his walking cane and he drives it into Glethad's face, tearing harshly downward, splitting an eyeball open, cleaving the nose in half, ripping away half of the lips and jaw and sending a shower of blood to the ground as Glethad collapses. Yellow crystalline specks glow amidst Glethad's blood.

Speaking to Thadston, Zosopage says, "I would have liked to hear your reasons for him staying with us and not going with Stone but that time has passed."

Speaking to Cruxophim, Melikor reminds, "You already have."

Speaking quietly to Thadston, Lylia says, "That was unworthy of you."

Speaking to Thadston, Faerinn says, "Strong opinions about boot licking shoulder to shoulder with Imps there."

Tsarok quietly says, "Whelp."

Speaking to Puptilian, Leafiara notes, "He sure takes a lot of your suggestions."

Glethad falls over.

Speaking coldly to Lylia, Hapenlok says, "If he didn't... I would have."

Dergoatean says, "I still say it was the most humane option."

Madmountan says, "That was foolish."

(OOC) Amerek's player whispers to the group, "Headshot."

Glethad twitches, bleeding.

Lyrna says, "Well, that does make that simple."

Altheren says, "Huh."

Gutstorm drunkenly says, "That can be healed, I'm sure."

Zosopage says, "Well now."

Altheren says, "That seemed random."

Speaking to Grishom, Madmountan says, "You can restore him."

Lyrna says, "That will not necessarily keep him dead."

Speaking to Thadston, Dergoatean says, "For Glethad, anyway. I don't know how many of us you just got killed."

Speaking heartily to Thadston, Chamorr says, "Nicely done Thaddy."

Cryheart says, "Well...a delayed consequence for his criminal actions."

Restoration

Thadston says, "Go ahead Stone. Take whatever you need now."

Thrassus quietly says, "I don't think that is going to work."

Speaking darkly to Thadston, Wolfloner says, "Foolish."

Speaking in Elven to Thadston, Akenna says something you don't understand.

Maylan asks, "What's that bit in his blood there?"

Pukk asks, "So if Glethad dies, does that mean that Thaddy is not the marshal anymore?"

Krinchat barks, "Strange blood!"

Thadston pushes Glethad's body with his boot, blood pooling behind his massacred head.

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "I'm sorry..."

Grishom smirks.

Speaking quietly to herself, Raelee murmurs, "That, we study."

Puptilian says, "The blood is just as important as the knowledge."

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr says, "Oops."

Speaking regretfully to Glethad, Cruxophim remarks, "Pity."

Grishom says, "I am beyond death, and any who call upon me, are no different Thadston."

Faerinn whispers something to Lylia.

Speaking speculatively to Grishom, Leafiara asks, "Is it time for you to show off what you mean about being a bringer of life?"

Lylia asks, "You would burn a book instead of allowing it to be read by another, Thadston?"

Leafiara offhandedly says, "Yeah, thought so..."

Amalexia whispers something to Faerinn.

Lyrna says, "That would depend on the book."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "Continue this path you will still not complete the work of your father. You will not be more powerful the the Gods."

Pukk says, "I thought there was a due process in this town and the judge could decide who dies? I didn't know that Thaddy could decide by himself."

Grishom opens his palm, weaving his fingers, and the flesh of Glethad's face begins to reform, patch of skin by patch of skin, ribbons of scarlet light stringing it back together.

Madmountan says, "Like I said."

Glethad stands up.

Speaking to Thadston, Hapenlok says, "With fire."

Xanthium says, "I guess he wasn't wrong. When he said he could heal."

Glethad raspily exclaims, "CRACK CRACK CRACK!"

Glethad stamps his feet.

Xorus dryly says, "Glethad. You look well."

Speaking to Raelee, Pukk says, "I really knew you were going to do that."

Speaking soothingly to Glethad, Cruxophim murmurs, "There, there."

Faerinn says, "Well, then."

Speaking heartily to Thadston, Chamorr says, "Lop the whole head off."

Speaking to Raelee, Pukk says, "The yellowness of it..."

Grishom smiles at Thadston.

Grishom says, "Crack. Crack. Crack."

Speaking to Grishom, Goldstr says, "Well ye jess showed us ye kin heal him here in da Landin."

Leafiara muses, "Now this goes to Cryheart's question earlier of why Stone can't restore his mind here and now."

Speaking hollowly to Thadston, Lylia says, "Your eyes are gone, but now you see."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "Now you're his more than ever, aren't you?"

Speaking to Pukk, Raelee says, "Is a question that requires an answer."

Speaking to Goldstr, Leafiara agrees, "Indeed."

Speaking to Raelee, Maylan offers, "There's more in my mopleg, should you want a proper sample."

Speaking in Elven to Lyrna, Amalexia says something you don't understand.

Speaking casually to Thadston, Cruxophim states, "You missed a spot."

Speaking to Maylan, Raelee asks, "And what else will it be contaminated with?"

Cryheart says, "Interesting."

Speaking to Raelee, Maylan says, "Oh....this and that."

Speaking in Elven, Lyrna says something you don't understand.

Speaking to Grishom, Krinchat barks, "Mighty healer!"

Speaking to Leafiara, Dergoatean says, "Body is probably easier than mind, anyway."

A fiendish panther stares hungrily at Stormyrain!

Speaking to a fiendish panther, Stormyrain scolds, "Not food."

Speaking to Maylan, Raelee says, "As expected."

Grishom asks, "I am not your enemy at this moment Thadston. You are best served looking within, to your own ghost. No?"

Pukk asks, "Where is that night watchman when somebody is killed?"

Thadston nods to the Hendoran knight.

Speaking to Dergoatean, Leafiara concedes, "True. I've met very few who've restored minds, but bodies we see every day."

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr says, "You are the enemy."

Myharl deeply says, "I'm not entirely sure that attacking a citizen of the Landing in front of city hall, in the presence of the mayor could be any more of a provocation. Reguardless of the circumstances."

A grizzled old warrior mutters, "You got to watch your back out in the wilds. All kinds of fearsome beasts out there, but the worst are those poor cursed undead ones."

Speaking to Myharl, Xanthium says, "It's...complicated, but you aren't wrong."

Speaking drunkenly to a grizzled old warrior, Gutstorm says, "Tell ush a shtory."

Speaking surreptitiously to Thadston, Cruxophim wonders, "After that display... are you fit for duty?"

Thadston seems to slump, weaker than before. A Hendoran knight helps him away. As Thadston moves further away, a flicker of azure light seems to dance across the back of his neck just briefly, and then he disappears with the knight around a corner, seemingly heading towards the town gates.

Speaking to Grishom, Hapenlok says, "We should have left you to rot in that house. Should have."

Speaking to a grizzled old warrior, Pukk asks, "You mean like Thaddy here?"

Zosopage says, "Well now."

Grishom slowly empties his lungs.

Speaking in Elven, Lyrna says something you don't understand.

Xanthium asks, "...are we sure he's not a golem?"

Speaking heartily to an armored Hendoran knight, Chamorr says, "Get out."

Speaking neutrally to Stormyrain, Cruxophim speculates, "I'm sure he'll be fine."

Speaking offhandedly to Xanthium, Leafiara says, "Around here, never."

Speaking in Faendryl, Lylia coldly says something you don't understand.

Speaking in Elven, Lyrna says something you don't understand.

Speaking to an armored Hendoran knight, Pukk exclaims, "Yep! Leave!"

Faerinn says, "What a wasteful pissing match."

Thrassus asks, "What hue are Ithzir magics, out of curiosity?"

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium says, "You know, as your campaign manager..."

Speaking to Faerinn, Leafiara remarks, "It did, somehow, end with no one dying."

Speaking to Faerinn, Maylan asks, "But who won?"

Lyrna says, "No one won."

Leafiara adds, "Permanently."

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium asks, "Are you sure about this? Also, can I see that brown bottle?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Erienne says, "So far anyways."

Speaking to Faerinn, Maylan asks, "Who is the better pisser?"

Speaking to Grishom, Lylia says, "I trust our bargain remains in place."

Grishom nods at Lylia.

Lyrna says, "No one wins in circumstances such as these."

Grishom says, "Indeed. I am a man of my word."

Thrassus says, "I have the feeling they are blue."

Speaking to Thrassus, Dergoatean says, "Stone's magic tends to match his eyes..."

Speaking to Gutstorm, Maylan says, "Now listen here fella. My heart belongs to Sleepy."

Speaking drunkenly to Maylan, Gutstorm exclaims, "I am, I kin writesh me own name!"

Speaking to Grishom, Hapenlok says, "When it suits, you, Stone...when it suits you."

Cryheart says, "That word shall be tested."

Lylia says, "So is Thadston. It is something I have always appreciated about him."

Speaking to Grishom, Xorus asks, "Will it be long before his mind is usefully ordered again?"

Erienne whispers something to Asben.

Speaking to Lylia, Hapenlok asks, "You bargain with this?"

Speaking to Hapenlok, Lylia warns, "Do not start with me."

Grishom says, "I do not fault your marshal. Otherwise I would not have suffered his theatrics. Truly a man who can almost rival my own."

Grishom smirks.

Lylia says, "Not tonight."

Speaking to Lylia, Hapenlok says, "Oh, I haven't even gotten started."

Speaking wryly to Hapenlok, Leafiara says, "Oh, we know."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "I can feel the love in the air."

Speaking calmly to Hapenlok, Cruxophim warns, "Then don't."

Lyrna agrees, "You do both seem to have a flair for the dramatic."

Lylia says, "I have held him in high regard. And truly, I was unsurprised at his actions."

Grishom grins at Stormyrain.

Lylia adds, "And at yours."

Grishom says, "He is a haunted man. He is not well. The cost of his survival was high."

Madmountan says, "I am once again slightly disappointed that I chose to behave myself."

Speaking to Grishom, Xanthium asks, "So you know how he survived, then?"

Speaking to Madmountan, Leafiara says, "Always the way of it..."

Speaking to Grishom, Shinann says, "What do you know of that? His survival."

Speaking to Grishom, Xanthium asks, "And what happened to his eyes?"

Speaking amusedly to Madmountan, Cruxophim remarks, "You'd be one of the few."

Zosopage says, "This was truly a wasteful pissing contest that got no one anywhere."

Lylia says, "He endured much and came back largely whole."

Xanthium asks, "And the wound in his side?"

Grishom says, "I would offer my aid, but, it is unbecoming how often you turn to Arkati, I won't replace them with me."

Grishom says, "Yet."

Grishom smirks.

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr says, "What are the yellow crystals in Glethad's blood."

Grishom says, "Remnants of the other world most likely."

Grishom nods at Chamorr.

Grishom says, "I will learn more when he is under my care."

Xanthium asks, "...I don't look to them for help. But I'm just one person here...?"

Speaking to Xanthium, Lylia says, "Nor do I."

Speaking to Grishom, Zosopage asks, "Some of what he needs to be cured of I'm guessing?"

Madmountan says, "The yellow crystals in mine are uric acid."

Dergoatean says, "Letti, lethi, latith..."

Speaking to Xanthium, Leafiara muses, "I don't remember the town collectively turning to them in at least four years, honestly. But Grishom's history with the town goes back further."

Grishom asks, "Cured?"

Grishom says, "I would not say that."

Grishom says, "He is not sick."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "If he has other worldly remnants in his blood, that's likely part of his problem. He perhaps needs a good bloodletting. One more thorough than he received even tonight."

Speaking to Leafiara, Xanthium says, "I was wondering if he was talking about the Koarites."

Balley softly asks, "Can he ever been coherent again? Or is his mind too gone?"

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan says, "This, of course, is my expert opinion."

Speaking to Grishom, Zosopage asks, "So that is not affecting him?"

Speaking suddenly to Xanthium, Leafiara agrees, "Oh, I suppose that's a possibility."

Speaking to Grishom, Erienne asks, "Do you mean physically or mentally?"

Raelee says, "... not ill, altered and overwhelmed."

Speaking to Grishom, Goldstr says, "A bit touched in his head it seems."

Leafiara adds, "A town minority at the time, though, so there's that."

Grishom says, "I am sure what is inside his mind can be restored and gleaned."

Speaking to Grishom, Thrassus asks, "Is it similar to what happened to that half-Ithzir child, then?"

Speaking to Raelee, Xanthium says, "I tried to loresing to Glethad, but I didn't get anywhere."

Guarrin deeply asks, "With his survival?"

Grishom says, "He spent years wandering another plane at my command."

Speaking to Grishom, Lylia says, "Yes. That is our hope as well. The Ithzir must be understood more fully."

Grishom says, "It was not easy."

Speaking to Balley, Dergoatean says, "I think the best case for Glethad's mind is that he becomes a fully fuctional lieutenant, sycophant, and puppet of Stone."

Krinchat barks, "What plane?"

Grishom says, "Ironic. His story is not much different than Thadston's."

Speaking to Raelee, Xanthium says, "Sometimes I've been able to pull up some memories."

Speaking nonchalantly to Grishom, Cruxophim remarks, "Seldom is."

Grishom says, "Wandering. Surviving. Broken."

Speaking to Grishom, Akenna asks, "Why would you do that to someone?"

Lylia says, "Thadston was taken there, not sent."

Speaking to Xanthium, Raelee says, "Magic against magic... the level of complexity may well outweigh what a song can sort."

Speaking to Krinchat, Xorus says, "An Ithzir world called Kol'Tarsken."

Speaking to Madmountan, Maylan says, "You know, it's not too late to stop behaving."

Grishom says, "Because of knowledge."

Grishom nods at Akenna.

Speaking evenly to Grishom, Cruxophim lectures, "Sometimes things that are broken are stronger, once reforged."

Puptilian says, "He was broken before his travel. The Gale Stone did that much."

Cruxophim regretfully admits, "Alas... not everything."

Speaking to Raelee, Xanthium says, "And I think that there has to be a trail to follow, for lack of a better way to put it. He seems quite chaotic."

Speaking to Grishom, Akenna asks, "Why not go yourself, then? Why do this to another? Are you a coward?"

Dergoatean says, "Incidentally, not the Ithzir world of Kol'Granoth that the ones in Old Ta'Faendryl go on about."

Speaking to Grishom, Zosopage says, "I trust, no, hope that you help him and not make us look like fools."

Grishom begins chuckling at Akenna!

Akenna says, "So, you are."

Speaking to Xanthium, Raelee says, "There likely is."

Akenna says, "How nice."

Grishom says, "Your boldness is almost attractive....and me, without my ritual knife."

Grishom snaps his fingers.

Lylia says, "Kol'Tarsken, Kol'Granoth...we do not know how many other realms they possess. We should; we do know they tried to possess this one."

Speaking to Xanthium, Faerinn says, "Why am I not surprised he calls it that..."

Further Issues

Grishom asks, "Well then. No further issues, I presume?"

Grishom asks, "Or questions?"

Leafiara offhandedly says, "Yet."

Speaking angrily to Grishom, Hapenlok says, "Your life, Grishom."

Grishom smirks at Leafiara.

Leafiara grins crookedly at Grishom.

Speaking to Lylia, Dergoatean says, "That makes us Kollanthia, ostensibly."

Speaking to Grishom, Hapenlok says, "I think I'm planning on taking it."

Lylia says, "None that I can think of at the moment."

Krinchat barks, "Tried? Krinchat thinks they still try. Always in Old Ta'Faendryl."

Speaking wryly to Hapenlok, Leafiara says, "Yeah, we know."

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr says, "You have what ya want, get out o' town."

Lylia says, "You may be quite right."

Speaking affably to Hapenlok, Cruxophim goads, "Please, do go ahead and try."

Speaking to Grishom, Hapenlok says, "But I might start with him."

Faerinn says, "Nope. Go on. Go frolic in blood or whatever you do now."

Hapenlok nods at Glethad.

Speaking to Grishom, Zosopage says, "Please keep us informed of his progress."

Speaking to Faerinn, Xanthium says, "Feed his pets."

Speaking to Faerinn, Leafiara says, "To be fair, frolicking in blood is a pretty good time at the arena."

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner says, "I am curious about the Galestone."

Speaking to a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, Shinann says, "Stand down."

Speaking deeply to Leafiara, Zolis says, "It is always a worthy pastime."

Balley softly says, "Blood is fun. I deal with it daily."

Grishom peers quizzically at Wolfloner.

Lylia says, "Either your threats are hollow, in which case you should cease them, or you are threatening murder in the middle of town, in which case I should have you arrested."

Grishom asks, "The blood star?"

Balley softly says, "Healers are not afraid of blood."

Lylia snaps, "Which is it?"

Amalexia whispers something to Akenna.

Speaking to Lylia, Hapenlok says, "You want them hurt? Try to have them arrest me."

Speaking to Lylia, Dergoatean says, "I think that counts as a dare."

Lylia says, "Now you threaten the guards..."

Lylia asks, "You know what?"

Speaking slowly to Hapenlok, Leafiara says, "And this is how you got removed from the militia." (whoops, mistaken memory; he quit, burning his tabard publicly)

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner says, "Legend says it holds the souls of Kezmon."

Balley softly says, "Too many threats around here."

(Hapenlok starts chanting.)

Wolfloner darkly says, "And others."

Suddenly, a pair of lawmen come striding in. They wrestle Hapenlok to the ground and drag him off, muttering something about the stocks!

Leafiara says, "What was it, about three years ago now--"

Maylan says, "Oh..."

Myharl deeply says, "Well..."

Speaking politely to Lylia, Cruxophim muses, "Thank you."

Speaking to herself, Lylia murmurs, "Well, this way I did not have to pay a murder fine..."

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner says, "Perhaps even those of falle Bir'Mallah."

Pukk asks, "Somebody threatens to murder and they get arrested but another actually attacked Glethad and nothing happens?"

Speaking to Lylia, Ysharra says, "You are wearing a nice dress."

Chamorr heartily says, "Interestin."

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner asks, "Is that true?"

Grishom grins at Wolfloner.

Speaking to Pukk, Thrassus says, "Yet."

Speaking deeply to Pukk, Zolis says, "Well, it's a Marshal or whatnot, you know."

Speaking to Pukk, Maylan says, "Thadston is still Marshal. I think."

Speaking to Pukk, Lylia says, "Do not assume nothing has happened. Or will."

Madmountan says, "Difference being the Town Marshal ordered one."

Speaking to Pukk, Leafiara muses, "I guess Thadston had some kind of authority because--"

Zosopage says, "Someone isn't going to be very 'happy.'"

Speaking deeply to Pukk, Myharl says, "One was accompanied by a mass of militiamen."

Speaking to Zolis, Leafiara says, "Yeah, that."

Glethad raspily exclaims, "CRACK!"

Speaking to Pukk, Faerinn says, "Hard to prove murder in this case."

Glethad stamps his feet.

Speaking to Pukk, Maylan says, "Anyhow, the angry little guy is just over in front of the bank."

Chamorr heartily says, "Grishom gets a handshake, Hap gets the stocks, interestin."

Speaking to Grishom, Raelee asks, "... did you truly wish to know if there were more questions?"

Speaking darkly to Grishom, Wolfloner asks, "Another discussion for another time then?"

Grishom says, "Now you understand."

Grishom nods at Chamorr.

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium asks, "What happens when the sky breaks, Glethad?"

Grishom asks, "Yes. Did I miss one?"

Grishom peers quizzically at Raelee.

Xorus says, "I notice you have not been bringing the blood star with you."

Grishom says, "The little fire runt is quite loud."

Grishom smirks.

Grishom grins at Xorus.

Speaking to Grishom, Raelee says, "I did not ask one, but there are... far more than one."

Grishom says, "It is doing what it needs to, at this moment."

Grishom says, "I am never without, truly."

Xorus says, "That blood maw we left in the Deadfall. Is it evolving nicely? It has been so long."

Grishom says, "Its purpose is plentiful."

Speaking to Grishom, Xanthium says, "That sounds like a pretty way to say I'm up to no good but I'm not spelling it out for you."

Grishom smirks at Xanthium.

Speaking amusedly to Xanthium, Leafiara says, "You really do sound like your mother at times."

Speaking to Xanthium, Faerinn asks, "He is breathing isn't he?"

Speaking to Leafiara, Xanthium says, "I've heard that before."

Akenna mouths, "Blood maw?"

Grishom says, "I am not your enemy. But so long as you cling to what you see, what you can touch, what you can strike...you will think I am."

Speaking to Xanthium, Faerinn asks, "Is he?"

Grishom points up.

Grishom says, "The heavens are your enemy."

Speaking to Grishom, Leafiara clarifies, "So, what, you're just the enemy of the Arkati then?"

Speaking calmly to Akenna, Cruxophim explains, "The heart of the black trees."

Speaking to Grishom, Maylan asks, "Aren't those things called reality?"

Grishom says, "A collar around your neck. A whip lash forever scarred into your back."

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr says, "You are the enemy."

Puptilian says, "Let me go ask the families of the missing women how they feel about their dead daughters."

Cryheart says, "Opinions vary."

Pukk taps a ruby-thorned black iron collar etched with roses that he is wearing.

Speaking to Grishom, Pukk says, "Collars are nice though."

Speaking to Puptilian, Lylia says, "Ask the half-elves lying in their graves how they feel about Koar."

Grishom asks, "I forgot the story of the forest black trees. How did those come about again?"

Grishom peers quizzically at Puptilian.

Roelaren says, "I would hope those black trees are dead and gone."

Cruxophim calmly remarks, "Some cast off those shackles long ago."

Speaking to Lylia, Faerinn says, "As a half elf put in one of those graves. Not great."

Speaking heartily to Grishom, Chamorr asks, "How many women did ya murder, anyways, ya have a count?"

Grishom says, "Didn't you..."

Grishom grins at Puptilian.

Grishom smirks.

Speaking to Thrassus, Xanthium asks, "Which one is he after?"

Roelaren says, "Oh, how terrible, they are a blight."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "In a method I fought against too. In that sense we took care of Cross and Althedeus for that mess."

Speaking to Grishom, Erienne says, "Not everyone has forgotten."

Speaking to Thrassus, Xanthium says, "Which of the gods."

Speaking to Grishom, Erienne says, "Some of us know better than to trust you."

Goldstr says, "Pup was Mayor when dem trees was bouts."

Puptilian says, "I was loud against Daylan using those seeds."

Thrassus whispers something to Xanthium.

Madmountan says, "I miss the Moot Hall Orchard rescuing our dead for us. That was so convenient."

Speaking to Goldstr, Puptilian says, "The trees started way before me."

Parting Ways

Glethad kneels down.

Glethad crawls up to Grishom.

Grishom smiles.

Grishom kneels down.

Grishom places a hand on Glethad's shoulder and whispers something to him.

Glethad nods.

Glethad nods.

Glethad applauds.

Glethad applauds.

Grishom stands up.

Grishom holds out his hand, helping Glethad up.

Glethad stands up.

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "You broke your tool so go fix him. You got what you want for little cost."

Speaking to Glethad, Pukk says, "Now, work on that dodging."

Asben says, "This just doesn't seem right."

Lylia says, "You would have given it to him for free, and cost us more in the process."

Grishom says, "I got many things I wanted. I always do."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "Your master thinks I meant Ivas as a solution. I don't. I meant that if you get too lost, there's a place to be found with us."

Lylia coldly says, "Do not think yourself better for it."

Speaking to Glethad, Xanthium says, "If you ever come back, that is."

Mayor Lylia just entered the Moot Hall.

Erienne says, "I believe some of your actions this evening have been questionable."

Erienne says, "Well."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "Which I warned about every time. I can't help others can't see it for what it is."

Erienne says, "That was meant for Lylia but apparently."

Erienne says, "I hope she heard me."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "You won't get your wish. You won't be more powerful than the Arkati."

Grishom says, "Let us go make you whole."

Grishom nods at Glethad.

Grishom begins chuckling at Puptilian!

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk says, "I don't know. Maybe it's just me but I think Lylia might be a wee bit upset."

Balley softly says, "Good luck with that."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "You won't finish your dad's work."

Grishom whispers something to Puptilian.

Speaking to Glethad, Xorus says, "I look forward to hearing more of the cracking."

Speaking to Grishom, Zosopage says, "Do not disapppoint, we will not forget."

Speaking to Grishom, Puptilian says, "Cross thought the same with Althedeus. You can join him."

Erienne whispers something to Asben.

Zosopage says, "Nor forgive."

Speaking to Grishom, Pukk asks, "Can you get rid of those horrible Stone Baths now?"

Grishom gestures, stepping back, and the shadows behind him peel away like dark roots and bending branches. Glethad steps forward, stamping his feet as he does, and they both disappear into the shadowy void before it closes up and vanishes.

Discussion Afterward

Pukk yells, "Was that a yes?"

Leafiara concludes, "...and that is that."

Roelaren says, "Well."

Cruxophim affably concludes, "Cheers."

Speaking to Leafiara, Pukk exclaims, "I think that was a yes...those Stone Baths are as good as gone!"

Amerek says, "Glethad is still playing in his brain matter."

Roelaren says, "And he is back."

Xorus remarks, "Of course, Grishom could have done that at any time, without all of this spectacle."

Speaking to Pukk, Goldstr says, "Glad ye asked him dat."

Speaking to Goldstr, Pukk says, "Me too."

Xanthium says, "Well."

Cryheart says, "It is all about his ego, Grishom."

Speaking to Raelee, Puptilian says, "Stone will never give us any information that will help defeat him. Our best hope is you find something in that blood." [somewhere in there, Raelee had been ACTing out collecting Glethad's blood]

Speaking to Xanthium, Pukk says, "Deep subject."

Zosopage says, "I think Glethad was supposed to go with Stone." [he was still left behind on accident]

Speaking to Nicolas, Loamian says, "These outsiders are so exhaustingly dramatic."

Cryheart says, "Hmm...Glethad is still here."

Xanthium says, "I suppose we'll see about those broken skies."

Speaking amusedly to Puptilian, Cruxophim inquires, "This blood?"

Madmountan says, "I need to go feed something."

Cryheart says, "He is gone now."

Leafiara says, "This must just be an echo of him, an afterimage."

Aserak says, "And gone."

Nicolas says, "I hear that."

Shinann says, "I am sure it is a process to get him into the void..."

Roelaren says, "He is gone now."

Goldstr says, "Grishom's end goal is we ALL be his subjects. Else he neveh be happy."

Faerinn says, "He moves that fast."

Speaking in Elven to Ysharra, Amalexia asks something you don't understand.

Xorus says, "The Ithzir are a profound threat in their own right. It is truly a double edged blade."

Speaking to Asben, Amerek says, "I had that made for you."

Speaking to Goldstr, Leafiara asks, "I've heard others say the same. So you believe that's his goal, control?"

Speaking to Amalexia, Ysharra says, "Yes, that's Munin. I mean, she's not mine, but we travel together."

Maylan says, "You know, if we would just kill the Rodnay, the Ithzir would go away forever. This I know."

Speaking in Elven to Ysharra, Amalexia says something you don't understand.

Speaking musingly to Goldstr, Leafiara says, "Definitely can't have that. We need to make our own destinies."

Maylan says, "Anyhoo...."

Speaking to Goldstr, Pukk says, "I think Lylia's goal is for us all to be her subjects too....so in that way her and Stone are the same."

Speaking to Nicolas, Loamian says, "Most of it seems like posturing but I can't tell... it mostly goes above my head."

Asben says, "I really don't like how this went down."

Speaking to Asben, Leafiara admits, "It wasn't a great night or anything, but there aren't all that many nights where I think things went down to my perfect satisfaction."

Speaking to Goldstr, Pukk says, "You are always off."

Nicolas says, "If you hang around long enough you'll pick up on it."

Speaking to Leafiara, Asben says, "Doesn't seem right that Grishom got what he wanted, seemingly for nothing."

Leafiara says, "I'm with Goat and others who say he could have just taken it anyway, though."

Loamian says, "I think you're right, I should spend a little more time around town."

Amalexia whispers something to Ysharra.

Speaking to Asben, Leafiara reasons, "It's not like this was a fight we could have won, in any case. That much was true."

Speaking heartily to Shinann, Chamorr says, "Maybe dismiss yer troops."

Speaking to Leafiara, Asben says, "Sometimes winning isn't everything. Standing up for principle is important."

Shinann says, "They are free to leave if they wish."

Speaking to Asben, Leafiara says, "That is true as well. I'm always itching for a fight, as many here know."

Evia says, "Erp."

Speaking to Asben, Leafiara adds, "But I try not to start them. I just retaliate or jump in if they're already going."

Speaking to a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, Shinann says, "Make sure his room is cleaned but keep anything he left there."

Speaking to Leafiara, Asben says, "Seems to me that he started it long ago."

Speaking to Asben, Leafiara admits, "And there's certainly a morbid curiosity of wondering just how far off one's power truly is from Grishom's..."

Speaking to a uniformed Wehnimer's militiaman, Shinann says, "And turn it in to one of the captains."

Ysharra says, "Let's go. I think we've felt enough chaos for one night."

Speaking amusedly to Ysharra, Leafiara says, "Never enough."

Speaking to Chamorr, Leafiara says, "I'm sure the time will come that we have to whack him."

Speaking heartily to Leafiara, Chamorr says, "Hooligan."

Speaking heartily to Leafiara, Chamorr says, "Fer sure."

Porom says, "Perhaps...but, not tonight."

Leafiara musingly says, "....hmm. I wonder what Rone was doing."

Speaking heartily to Leafiara, Chamorr says, "And ya used to be such a sweet girl."

Speaking indignantly to Chamorr, Leafiara exclaims, "I still am!"

Speaking pleasedly to Chamorr, Leafiara says, "I've just come to appreciate the noise and insanity of this town."

Hapenlok: "One day...there is going to be a time when I call in debts due. It may not be tonight, it may not be tomorrow."

Hapenlok: "...but those debts to me WILL be paid. With fire and brimstone."

Hapenlok: "You want to deal with a devil, fine. But when the price becomes more than this city can afford, I'll save you. One last time. If only so I can gloat. As I watch a slow painful death for the people who would sell this town to Grishom Stone."
