Lockrot oil

Lockrot oil can be applied to the lock of a locked box to reduce the size of the lock. The amount of difficulty reduced depends on the level of the potion. Lockrot oil can be made via Alchemy.

Minor lockrot oil

Minor lockrot oil can be made by wizards who have reached rank 26 in Alchemic Potions. When applied to a box, it will lower the lock size by -10 per pour. If the box is not opened within 5-10 minutes, the benefits of the oil will fade from the box.

Recipe for minor lockrot oil

1. Add pure oil
2. Add 2 doses of powdered golden amber
3. Add s'ayanad crystal
4. Add 2 doses of powdered charcoal
5. Alchemy Boil
   
6. Add essence of water
7. Alchemy Seal

Note: Powdered amber can be purchased in both the cleric and empath guilds.
