A long-beaked glossy black toucan is an NPC in the town of Mist Harbor on the Isle of the Four Winds.

Description

Short in body, the toucan looks like the average specimen of this variety and has glossy black primary feathers that lay flat over more colorful tertiary ones. Her long beak is a bright orange color, while her eyes are surrounded in tiny red feathers that make them appear very large. She has webbed feet, which she huddles down on when she waddles about, and one of her wings appears to have been broken at some point in her existence.
