Lumnis was an Arkati and the Goddess of Wisdom and Knowledge. She was also the consort of Koar. She was a member of the Pantheon of Liabo.

She frowned upon the knowledge seeking ways of Fash'lo'nae and was the patron of scholars. Her symbol was five conjoined rings of various colors on a golden scroll, representing her mastery of all forms of knowledge.

Shrines, Statuary, and Holy Places

Ta'Illistim, Kaerinar Wey Shrine

On Kaerinar Wey in Ta'Illistim there is a shrine to Lumnis.

The niche, carefully built into the stone wall, houses a simply carved marble likeness of Lumnis. The Arkati stands with her gown swirling about her, hands gently spread to the sides. A gentle smile graces her face.

Cleric Guilds

Displayed in the Prayer Rooms of each Cleric Guild is a state of Lumnis. These prayer rooms are considered a holy shrine to multiple deities.

The statue of Lumnis depicts a mature woman clad in long, delicate robes. A serene smile plays across her face and her hands are clasped lightly behind her back. Her demeanor is one of utter tranquility and self assurance.

K>touch Lumnis
You reach out and touch the statue of Lumnis.

A peaceful, serene presence fills you, calming and clearing your mind. "Temper your knowledge with wisdom, Orah," speaks a quiet voice, "and you shall be the most enlightened among men."

Wehnimer's Landing Cleric Guild

On the Landing of the Wehnimer's Landing Cleric Guild are a pair of painted wooden statues depicting Lumnis and Fash'lo'nae. In the center of the room stand two statues, one male and one female, backs turned but still looking over their shoulders, each watching the other. They stand upon a wooden base with words carved into the surface. This area is not a holy shrine.

Lumnis and Fash'lo'nae stand, back to back, watching each other warily. Each holds a book, open as if they were reading. While the Queen of Enlightenment holds a book on benevolent knowledge, the Grandfather holds a tome full of destructive learning.

In the Common language, it reads:
"Through knowledge, we bring ourselves closer to the Gods."
