Made popular by the Nalfeins, the Black Rose Deck is a series of incredibly thin wooden placards that form a deck of cards. They were first mentioned in the Elanthian Divination Guide, but appeared on Caligos Isle during the 5118 Ebon Gate Festival.

A tier 1 deck was found in the T4 games feeder.

A tier 3 deck was found in the T5 games feeder.

A tier 4 deck was found in the jackpot feeder.

Analyze

You analyze your rose-painted deck and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

Welcome to the Nalfein Black Rose Deck.
Details on Divination in Elanthia and about the Nalfein Black Rose Deck can be found by visiting:
https://gswiki.play.net/Divination:_A_Comprehensive_Guide
The deck has access to the following verbs:
Draw, Look, Shuffle, and Turn.
It is Tier 1 of 4.

Customizations are possible on the deck. You can design the look of the cards anyway that you would like, however, the individual painted designs within will always be the same. You may also change the border on each card provided it makes sense in the sentence and includes the word border, trim, or some synonym.

You get no sense of whether or not the deck may be further lightened.

Gazing thoughtfully at a black rose-painted deck, you realize that you are prepared to start a reading using the Path of Relations spread. No cards have been drawn at this time.
(Nalfein Only)
LOOK - 1 Card Drawn (Time Spread) Gazing thoughtfully at a black rose-painted deck, you realize that you are ready to continue a reading using the Path of Time spread. You have drawn the "Calamintha" card in the "Past" position and no other cards.
LOOK - 2 Card Drawn (Time Spread) Gazing thoughtfully at a black rose-painted deck, you realize that you are prepared to finish a reading using the Path of Time spread. You have drawn the "Calamintha" card in the "Past" position, the "Glowbark" card in the "Present" position, and no other cards.
LOOK - 3 Card Drawn (Time Spread) Gazing thoughtfully at a black rose-painted deck, you realize that you have recently completed a reading using the Path of Time spread. You have drawn the "Calamintha" card in the "Past" position, the "Glowbark" card in the "Present" position, and the "Bay" card in the "Future" position.
TURN Clicking your fingertips upon the back of the deck, you turn over the possible options for a reading. Perhaps the Path of Relations spread with its three cards would be the right fit. Clicking her fingertips upon the back of the deck, XXXX seems to be lost in deep thought.
SHUFFLE Cupping your left hand under the broad side of your rose-painted deck, you slowly pull cards from the back of the grouping and gently seesaw them into the cards at the center. You continue this for several moments to ensure a thorough mixing of the deck. Cupping her left hand under the broad side of her rose-painted deck, XXXX slowly pulls cards from the back of the grouping and gently seesaws them into the cards at the center. Jenny continues to do this for several moments, ensuring a thorough mixing of the deck.
DRAW Pulling the top card on the deck, you slowly turn it over and briefly present it for all to see. The decorative placard has a labyrinthine border comprised of thorny vines laden with unfurling black roses, while the center colorfully displays the image of a stalk of drooping lavender calamintha. After a brief moment, you flip the card back over and place it at the bottom of your rose-painted deck. Pulling the first card of the deck, Jenny slowly turns it over and presents it for all to see.
