Made popular by the Nalfeins, the Black Rose Deck is a series of incredibly thin wooden placards that form a deck of cards. They were first mentioned in the Elanthian Divination Guide, but appeared on Caligos Isle during the 5118 Ebon Gate Festival.

A tier 1 deck was found in the T4 games feeder.

A tier 3 deck was found in the T5 games feeder.

A tier 4 deck was found in the jackpot feeder.

The deck has access to the following verbs:
Draw, Look, Shuffle, and Turn.
It is Tier 1 of 4.

Customizations are possible on the deck. You can design the look of the cards anyway that you would like, however, the individual painted designs within will always be the same. You may also change the border on each card provided it makes sense in the sentence and includes the word border, trim, or some synonym.

You get no sense of whether or not the deck may be further lightened.
